Amaron — Battery (sl no bac0211n106979) and poor customer service

Dear team,

My self naveen joshi from mehrauli new delhi purchased amaron battery (Sl no bac0211n106979) for my bike (Pulsar 180) which don't have kick and it has only self start on dated[protected].
I gone through specially amaron because of it's reputation in market which i have shown from social media and my friends.
Now very sorry to say that my purchased battery which was on the warranty of 48 months from one of your retailer muskan automobiles in munirka new delhi.
Now battery is not working and i was very shocked when i approached to the muskan automobiles, they simply refused my request and told he is not authorized dealer and he purchased that battery from bala ji automobiles munirka new delhi.
Than later on i took contact number of bala ji and approached him over phone and again i was very shocked with the behavior of bala ji automobiles dealer that he told me you have to submit your battery here and he will give solution in 7-30 days on chargeable basis.
When i asked for warranty him simply told me that he can't do any thing in this regard.
Now i was feeling helpless and than approached to your customer care number
And your executive given me contact number of south delhi spoc mr. Lokendra ([protected]), he suggest me to approach your service center at kalka ji new delhi.
Than i went to your service center same day (28.06.2016) where your executive mr. Sanjay was on duty and he called up a technician for checking the same.
I would like to inform you that there was no parking space infront of your service centre as many vehicle was already parked there, so i had just parked my bike near your service centre that was in few distance from your centre.
I was very tired and thirsty because of summer and continuous traveling for my battery service inquiry from your distributor to service centre.
I had just asked for help and asked for glass of water but they were not ready to help me and told please take water as self service only.
I was very shocked you should deploy some executive who has some professional skills, if they doesn't have no issues but at least they can help on humanity ground.
However i took water by myself only which was very unhygienic and pooled my bike to the service centre.
The behavior of your executive was very rude and casual, they were smiling on us during my conversation with them.
Then he checked my battery and told it is discharged and given me another battery for temporary basis.
They told that he will give my battery on next day after charging.
Today he called me and told your battery is not reparable and i have to purchase new battery and i have to pay 1350 for the same as per his calculation.

Now i would like to take your permission for asked some question as a reputed customer of amaron:-

1. Why you give authorization to everyone for sell your product if they are not able to provide all information to your consumer?
2. Why it was not told that muskan is not authorized dealer at the time of product selling?
3. Why not communicated that i will have to contact service centre for every thing at the time of purchasing.
4. Why your have deployed such a incompetent and rude people on your service centre that they are not even help your consumer on humanity ground.
5. Why i was not communicated that i will not get warranty benefit as your executive is asking for certain amount.

Now my sincere request please see the matter and do the needful as i will not pay any amount for this and also i will not visit your service center any more.
Also i need apology letter from company side.

Hi I have purchased ameron battery in first time 8 month ago. battery not charge properly .jasbir rana(sonepat) [protected] my warranty card stolen .pls tell me .battery change prosisor
