HI Amaron representatives,
We had bought a car battery from your representative in Gurgaon wherein he was very prompt and pushy as he was getting a deal during April 2022.
Since past few days our car battery is not functioning and we filed our first complaint at around 01 pm on Saturday 06th Aug 2022 @ [protected] number. We were told by the customer care executive that a sms with support engineer details would be sent within 30 minutes .
Kept waiting till 05 pm, non sms came, called the above number again wherein we were told that there was some 'technical error' because of which sms didn't reach me. Another complaint was registered at around 05 pm on 06th Aug 2022 . ON getting SMS we called the Support engineer - Dinesh who didn't pick our calls and after 06 pm his phone was not reachable .
We again called back 1800 number to learn that after 06 pm saturday followed by Sunday engineer is off duty and would not pick calls.
Called up Dinesh again on Monday morning around 09 40 am . On asking as to why was he not picking phone and the complaint was raised around 01 pm on Saturday . He responded very rudely in a high pitched voice contesting the time of complaint. telling us that the office working hours are from 10 am. On asking him by when would your person attend to the complaint, he was very casual - saying lets see could be around 11 or 12 pm. Send me your contact details. I don't understand as to why is he asking for contact details again wherein we had already provided all the information to 1800 number during filing the complaint.
I would like to ask 2 things from a Brand and company called Amaron spending millions on advertisements and brand promotion
01 for a critical product like a car battery, do we have to wait for over 40 hours to get attended to ? That too a very un profesional behaviour from your support engineer - Dinesh
02 Support engineer - Mr. Dinesh handling gurgaon needs to be oriented and trained on customer handling . We as Amaron customers don't expect to be shouted at after waiting fo over 40 hours for the car battery complaint to be handled .
Is anyone senior enough at Amaron listening ???
