Amaron — change of car battery | |||
I have purchased one battery of Amaron go on 31.031.31.08.2013 and I made a complaint on 20.02.2015 in R.k agency who is the authorised dealer for check up of the battery. They took my battery for the check up and on 22.02.2015 they told us that your battery is good and it is in very good condition but your car's alternator is defective. Yesterday we went somewhere and our car stopped at one place and it's not geting started and then we called one mechanic who told us that your battery is not fine and you need to change it as soon as possible. We also called crossroad company for the same problem and they also told us that battery is defective. Just due to the fact that our warranty is at the expiry period R.K agency didn't change our battery and we are facing lot of problems with that. Kindly consider my complaint on a very urgent basis.
