Amaron — Defective Battery | |||
Hi, I purchased a Amaron Pro battery in Dec 2019 for my Petrol Verna car and facing issues with the battery from day 1. I placed a complaint with the customer care in Jan and Feb 2020. After checking the battery they told me the issue is fixed and asked me to use the same defective battery. Battery draining issue continued Post which the lock down started and there was no proper customer care support at Amaron. Finally 3days back again someone from Amaron came removed the battery for checking and now they are advising me to use the same one. I do not want the defective product and provide me a replacement. I couldn't use the car because of your battery problems and it is really causing me lot of stress. Current complaint number is [protected].
