I have purchased battery on 29/02/2020 from the Imperial battery services,
Battery has 54 months warranty. Due to Internal battery problem, problem couldn't operate further from[protected]. I have approached the Imperial Services. Since I have lost the warranty card. Shop is not willing to take the battery for repair or replacement. I have approached the ammaron battery customer care. In customer care Mr.Praveen Said they can give replacement with bill without warranty card. on promising the Same, I have lodged the complaints with ammaron battery. Service person called and told that they cant replace battery without warranty card,
No proper response from the company and service person
