I purchased an Amaron car battery for my Alto LX car on[protected] with four years warranty. The battery is giving trouble since inception. I have lodged complaint to the Customer Care of Amaron Car Battery several times and requested them to replace the battery but my request went into deaf years. Now my car battery is out of order and I lodged a complaint on[protected] but even after lapse of 7 days, nobody attended. During the last seven days, I am calling Customer Care and informed them that nobody attended. The representative heard my problem but no action is taken. I habitually used Exide/TATA battery but this time I purchased Amaron Battery any my experience is very bitter.
