Dear Sir/Madam
I am complaining about the customer care toll free service that when we call toll free number and register our complaint they did ask our convenient language and started asking detail about complaint. When they asked about district and thaluk we said our district and thaluk, at that time they said we don't have agents in your area. I said them that there are serrvice centre which are authorized in our thaluk, still they are saying that they don't have services
I cant understand why they are selling their products where they cant provide the services
