Dear sir/mam His is to inform you that i have purchased your 1-amaron inverter & 1-battery as on 01.09.2015 from m/s. Waris battery service chhibramau, distt. Kannauj (Uttar pradersh) 209721. Battery model no. Crtt15000 Sr. No. Tae1103p123594 rcvu03-2015 Invoice date-01.09.2015 Sir with this product we are facing the service problem from last six month but due to my absence at home i was able to reach with dealer but every time i have discussed telephonically with dealer.in last month as on 23rd july i have given my battery to concerned dealer as above & he promised me it will be replace by company with in 15 days. After all completing more than 1 month still i didn't get my battery. Kindly look in to this matter, & solve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My battery warranty card was lost, and my battery is not working, I have battery batch number and they ask me for warranty card, than they reples my battery.
ok, Tell me now what can i do for this?
