I had bought an amaron battery for my access 125 on February 22 -2020. And it showed some issues recently and I requested the amaron service centre KANJIRAPPALLY Kottayam, Kerala to fix it. The issue was that the battery could not keep the charge for long. And they kept the battery for a day and didn't take any concern to repair it.Even though I had warranty for replacement they didn't address my concerns and behaved abusively. I even asked the shop owner to give a new battery at a discount price as mentioned in the warranty card. But the owner and employee were so unprofessional and abused us in the public. It is a total disgrace for brand like Amaron to keep such service centres. The complaints about the particular service centre is common in our area and the people are frustrated with the attitude of the staff. It's not just about replacement and warranty its about the service and trust a brand keeps for years.
