Amaron — new bike battery not charging

I purchased bike amaron battery on 06- jul-2019, after two days battery is dead. It is not charging. I have checked with southern motors, hero service center in madavakkam, chennai. They replaced new rectifier in bike and all electrical parts, confirmed battery is having problem. I had given my battery to aikon power technology, battery shop where purchased the battery for replacement on 21-sep-2019. After 8 days he is keep on saying, battery was send to company, still not received. It is very difficult to ride a bike battery, alternative battery not given. Battery number : baa0217t111734.
