Amaron — poor service from ahmednagar dealer | |||
Dear sir /madam, I am a tvs dealer and a customer of amaron since many years and had purchased 9lb battery with 4 years of warranty in june 2017. I am facing charging problem with the battery and hence reported with the battery at the authorised dealer - amarpadma agro. After leaving the battery with the dealer i was assured that you will get the problem resolved within a week. When i didn't receive any call, i myself called to check the status and got the reply that your battery is unable to charge and won't be replaced too. I got the following reasons for not getting the battery replaced :- 1) you did not purchase the battery from me and go to the dealer from whom you purchased the battery. The dealer from whom i purchased the battery is no more an amaron dealer. 2) you did not bring the battery to me after every 3 months for charging. I myself is a tvs dealer and i have got battery charging facility at my service center. Why is the need to go to the dealer every 3 months just for battery charging? 3) late sale. He gave the reason that the previous dealer sold the battery late and hence we cannot issue battery replacement. How is the customer blamed for this issue - as the warranty must be from the date of purchase by the customer irrespective to when the dealer received it. Customer shouldn't be troubled for this. Just because i did not purchase battery from him, the dealer isn't cooperating. Even i am not getting rejection letter from the dealer after repeatedly asking for it. My sincere request is that kindly look in this matter and get my problem resolved soon. Such practice will surely diminish your brand value just because no proper treatment from the dealer.
