Amaron — Regarding the battery warranty

Sir, I had purchased a bike beta battery in may 2015 and it has been downgraded.As per your warranty card it falls under warranty.But that time I was in Agra and at present I m in Chandigrah then tell me how and where can claimed.plz do needful.Thanking.
