Amaron — regarding very worst response/ attitude from your dealer and your own service staff | |||
Dear sir I would like to bring your kind notice that i have bought two amaron battery from your dealership theni. Out of two, one battery is having a complaint of poor charging retention/ container leakage. I have been complaining about this issue last three months. I have met your company sales staff during second visit and he advised to observe the battery once again at our place. But we found the battery charge retaining capacity complaint was persisted. My third visit to your dealership, your sales and service (Both are from amaran side) were there in the showroom, especially your company service engineer was very busy in watching some whatsapp/youtube and given a very least attention to me and trying to ignore me. Again your sales engineer has said that somebody would come and check up my battery at my place. But nobody turned up. Again fourth time, i have taken up my battery issue to your dealer's person at showroom, but very lethargically insulting me / ignored me and he said ""poyaa" which means "get out". I have depressed/ disappointed / Being an automobile graduate engineer and worked as from service engineer to zonal service head in various leading automobile companies and happen to meet thousand of a customer in my tenure, i never treated the customer like this.. I think the fundamentals of service attitude are totally wrong starting from your own service engineer to dealership technicians. You may accept or reject any claims as per your wish, but the behavior of your service staffs would definitely going to affect sales in this area Kindly taken up this matter with your dealer and need to be addressed my issues. And also requesting you to give proper training about customer handling. I have lost my warranty card and battery is not getting charged

I have purchased few days back - Amoron Battery for my vehicle - model -Amoron Flo. It has already started giving problems and i am very upset.
