Amaron — Replacement for a leaking battery

Hello team,

Had a battery that was purchased in January, 11 months ago which we noticed having a leak. The battery was taken to dealer and a replacement was requested. The replacement battery has been on wait for the last 10 days with a lame excuse of no-stock being highlighted as a reason for the delay. There was no standby battery provided leaving the vehicle stranded for the last 10 days. The dealer is hesitant to provide a service/support number and has no clarity or understanding on when a replacement can be provided.
