Amaron — Warranty card lost now battery not working Reg

Dear sir,
I brought a bxt pro bike rider with invoice no.297 dt., 17.5.2019 from m/s. Sri sathya ganesh agencies, kanchipuram. About 1 week my battery is not working properly when i check with the dealer on 11.8.2020 they check and told me that the battery has gone.
When i ask for a solution they ask me for the warranty card, i informed, that i've lost the card. They revert, we helpless in this regard.
Now contact the customer care, they register my complaint and informed me that our technician will contact you in 1 hour, but till now nobody contacted me
