Amaron — worst service I have ever experienced | |||
I bought an amaron battery and inverter. The battery got damaged completely within 2 years (Warranty period). We tried to ask for service through their toll free numbers which all are useless; as i could not contact them even trying for 2-3 days. The tirupati office people picked up my call, but they dont listen to any complaint and cut the phone. After wasting hours during 2-3 days, i finally could lodge a complaint (# 228506). Then another drama started. We kept on calling several numbers referred by the service people, but nobody took the initiative to come to my house. After ~15 days, somebody came for servicing whose behaviour was extremely rude. He confirmed that the battery got damaged and we need to buy new one with 10000 rupees. When we shown the warranty card, he suddenly disappeared and after another 15 days of phonecalls, some other person came for servicing. He took the old battery and the warranty card and disappeared. Still now we are trying to contact them. We urge to all the customers not to buy amaron product. They dont have any kind of customer support. They just cheat people with low quality product and once the product is sold, they dont bother about customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
