I bought a Apex chrome based heigh back chair from below link https://amazinglyshop.in/products/apex-chrome-base-high-back-engineered-office-c...⇄ On 22nd of October, but there is no further update about the order from company and they are not responding to emails Here are communication mail ids [protected]@amazinglyshop.in, [protected]@gmail.com Did not get any response from above mail ids. I have paid Rs 1499/-, please help to get refund. The same happened to me. Here is the reply when I tried to reach out to RazorPay for the refund.
"We suggest reaching out to your bank and they should be able to help you in receiving a refund. You will need to raise a chargeback with your bank providing the following details:
1) Merchant Name: Amazingly Shop, Transaction Amount: ₹1, 499.00, Transaction Date.
2) A copy of your debit statement which includes details of this particular transaction
3) Fill the chargeback form provided by your bank"
Now I trying to check with bank for further actions.
