Amazon — Complaint and refund

I had ordered a watch from Amazon on 6th May 2023 and I received an different colour than what I had ordered. I had Ordered dark green and received blue.

Hence I returned the same product that was picked up by a guy on 18th of May 2023.

Now after I didn't receive any refund I tried CONTACTing them on chat and a guy told me that investigation is raised.

Now when I CONTACTed them and asked to almost 4 executives first of all they all held me as culprit and just said the thing "our investigation team has reports that the item you returned is incorrect."

And when I asked them to share the details about the incorrect item that was received by them, obviously they weren't able to say anything further... coz of poor CUSTOMER service.

Moreover when I asked them if the item that I had returned was incorrect how did the pick up guy checked and still picked it up from me?

Also there was same response to the every question I'm sry can't HELP you further with it or the investigation team has reports the item you returned doesn't match what was delivered to you.

Moreover we cannot deliver any item or refund you with anything.

Pathetic experience with Amazon and their CUSTOMER service people working there are less interested in HELPing CUSTOMER but more in filling the login hours I guess.

Now this has caused me a lot of inconvenience and lost a lot of time just to get back my money.

Now I want the money to be doubled and refund to me as this has caused me so much of inconvenience.

I regret shopping from Amazon.
I doubt will ever buy from Amazon again.

No proper knowledge no proper CUSTOMER service. Infact ### CUSTOMER service.

I also have the video of the watch that I had received n returned the same.
That I have attached

Pls HELP me in getting my money back and doubled due to all the waste of time and inconvenience.
