Dear Sir/Madam
I had made a purchase from Amazon on 1st January, 2026 at around 6am with order IDs-

Order ID[protected]
With these order IDs amount of INR 2803 was debited from my account. This card on that day didn’t have Domestic Econn activated, hence the payment was cancelled. After this I visited the bank (AIIMS Ansari Nagar) on 1st January, 2026 to activate domestic transactions.
Following this I placed the order again with order ID[protected]Total Bill of INR 3660)
Henceforth, I contacted Amazon and they told me they never received the amount (INR 2803) and sent me an email for the same that they never received any amount from their end.
Following this on January 9, 2026 I filed for claim request with SBI Bank with Dispute Number[protected] which took an enquiry resolution of more than 45 days as promised.
Following which the claim dispute was raised from end of SBI and Amazon was contacted for the same. Amazon has marked the order delivered on January 3, 2026 with the WRONG ORDER ID of[protected]. For this order ID, I have paid and received the item also.
For the Order ID[protected] and Order ID[protected], I have received emails from amazon itself that they never any payment. So why for this order in the SBI dispute claim, the Amazon Team has mentioned that the item was paid for and delivered. The reply by the amazon team to SBI bank dispute claim is WRONG.
Now, again I have raised claim request with SBI Bank with Dispute Number[protected]. Kindly look into the same and reply back properly to the SBI dispute claim saying that this amount of INR 2803 was never received by Amazon team.
Kindly help regarding the same.
