Amazon E-Commerce Site — refund amount not processed

Sir,
I have placed an order for rs.15, 940/- rupees in amazon site on 11.3.2019. Eventually, i have cancelled the order. I got a message from amazon that the refund (Reference no. Is in[protected]) is initiated 24.03.2019. Till now, i didn't get any refund and two emis (Rs.2768/- per month) were debited from my account along with interest of rs.166/-. I have raised a complaint in my home branch sbi also. But of no use. Please resolve the problem at an earliest.
