Sir,
I have placed an order for rs.15, 940/- rupees in amazon site on 11.3.2019. Eventually, i have cancelled the order. I got a message from amazon that the refund (Reference no. Is in[protected]) is initiated 24.03.2019. Till now, i didn't get any refund and two emis (Rs.2768/- per month) were debited from my account along with interest of rs.166/-. I have raised a complaint in my home branch sbi also. But of no use. Please resolve...

A refund of 15, 940/-rupees was successfully processed on 24 march 2019 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also e-mailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number (In[protected]) but nobody has replied or resolved...
