Amazon — I did not received the product,But the status is updated to delivered in the amazon portal

I ordered butterfly wet grinder on June 09 2022 through amazon and paid the amount through net banking. It is supposed to be delivered by June 11 9 PM as per the status on Amazon portal.but it did not delivered so I called the customer care and said that they will deliver the product by June 12th to June 16.On June 11 evening I received call from Amazon agent ( It is company number). They asked about the address. After some time I called the number, they deliver agent said that they went to some other area.while returning from the area will deliver the product. I waited till 9 PM then I called the agent number, they did not answered. The next day morning I saw the status is updated to delivered. I called the amazon customer care.they raised the investigation and after 5 days they said like as per amazon agent they delivered the product. So they cannot refund the amount or give the product. So I lost 3500 amount. Delivery agent did a fraud activity. Deliver agent took the product and updated the status to delivered. Finally I did not received the product and lost 3500 rupees. Amazon did not do a proper investigation.
