I, Dr. Pooja G. Koppa, submit this complaint against Amazon India for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice as follows:
On 09/05/2025, I received a laptop of a different model with inferior specifications, which is not as per the contract of sale. This constitutes a clear case of delivery of wrong product and deficiency in service. I immediately contacted Amazon customer care and explained the issue, attaching photos and order details. Despite repeated follow-ups, I received only apathetic and unhelpful responses, and no corrective action was taken. I request an immediate replacement with the correct laptop model as per my order, or Full refund of the amount paid. Compensation for inconvenience and mental harassment caused. Any other relief deemed fit by the Forum. I respectfully request the Forum to direct Amazon to resolve my grievance as above, and to take appropriate action to prevent such unfair practices in the future.
