This side pooja chavan from (Kalyan). who purchase one plus nord smart watch from Amazon on 20th feb and also return it on 3rd march because I don’t like the watch as much I also done payment though upi but yet not received the return amount from Amazon after aims number of calls and massages to Amazon . Amazon team said they received old Watch from me how can say this how someone can give old Watch as Return to Amazon I am here appeal the Amazon decision because they don’t even enquires the delivery boy who collect the Watch from as all the delivery boys are instructed that they should collect the product from as it is but the fraud delivery boy change my brand new Watch to his old Watch and give this to Amazon and tell them that customer give him I just mail daily to Amazon that they don’t do this with me I am ready take all the invastigation but Amazon denied my mail and only said they invasigate all the matter they don’t even told about what they investigate what they found the it’s not the matter of money but the delivery boy should get punished he will do this in future also with anyone how Amazon can do this they don’t even enquiries his delivery boy and don’t take calls or give proper reply I am ready to share all the details about this incident but please make sure for right decision it will be done to any other in future please give me justice .
I have all the details please make sure right justice and wrong person should punished fraud Amazon return policies only protect their employees because it’s matter of fame please give me justice whatever the investigation you will done I am in full support of it I have all the photos screen shots of mails and Watch and all the details
