Hi, I have purchased Amazon Basic AC from Amazon on 30th June 2022 and it got delivered on 2nd July 2022. A technician visited my place and installed it on 4th July 2022. This AC worked perfectly fine and I was happy with the performance. But suddenly it stopped working and I logged a complaint for warranty services on 15th July 2022.
A visit of technician was scheduled on 18th July 2022. However, without visit, technician has marked it as complete. I called at customer care and they have advised to escalate this issue by clicking on a link. I did that. Visit rescheduled to 22nd July 2022.
Same thing happened again on 22nd that no one visited my place and request was marked as complete. Same story I had to repeat, calling customer case, escalating it via a link.
Then again visit rescheduled on 28th July 2022. But again, same story.
Now, when I called customer care, they advised me do repeat the same story, I refused to do it again and I have requested for a refund/ replacement. But they were rude in conversation. I have the phone recording as well. Now I am worried that someone can help me on that of not ?
