Amazon India — ac refund problem

I have ordered inverter type voltas ac for april 17, 2018. But getting my hand non inverter type ac. So i have returned and request to refund for this product. From amz side they tolsd your amount refunded to your bank account and they give ref id. But till now i didnt get any refund amount. Please file complaint on my request and refund as soon as possible.
