Amazon India — Amazon delivery complaint

I had ordered a product on 4th of July 2022, which was to be delivered between 6th to 7th of July 2022. (Details)- tracking id[protected]COD ). I get a message on 6th July 2022 that It Has Been delivered. I get NO prior message of delivery and No phone call from Amazon about its payment during delivey. The package is NOT RECIEVED by me AT ALL. The address is same and clear.
Same thing happened to my previous order. Details- 17 Dec 2021 Order no[protected]. I had to wait for 4 days and then had to return because it was delivered to other place and I uad no feedback from AMAZON CUSTOMER HELP CENTRE.
Both the times I was given the phone no of delivery agent, both times same - [protected], and 2 codes. "The number is not reachable" "The numbered entered is incorrect" "Call couldnt connect"tried from my both sims but to no avail.
I want a strict action towards this.
I have 4 more orderes pending.
