Amazon India — amazon fire tv stick | |||
I had ordered amazon fire tv stick which i received on 11 the september 2019 but that was a faulty piece.. On 12 after all the troubleshooting steps the agent ganesh told me that we need to make a replacement i agreed but he said that once the pickup was done the new amazon stick would be delivered within 24 hours as it was falling on a saturday and i was out of station till wednesday i requested them if they could deliver on thursday but they denied stating that it is an automated procedure so it will be delivered within 24 hours... I agreed to place a replacement on wednesday.. I confirmed again on wednesday while making a replacement when would it be delivered dey again confirmed within 24 hours once the pick up is done... Today when the pickup was done i called in to know the status of new fire tv stick dey stated it would take 4-5 day to get delivered... After a long conversation and argument my call was transferred to an escalation team.. I spoke to sharlotte who stated it has been released and would be delivered within 24 hours and the status for tracking would be updated within few hours after 4 hours of wait i called again and dey stated there is no notes regarding the commitment of 24 hours... Dey denied to give and commitment now and they do not have a manager for escalation... When i stated it will go on social media the employee stated that it is ok you can do that...
