Regarding my amazon order number[protected] furniture assembly service - large
I brought a cot from amazon and the furniture assembling service scheduled on 2nd oct. But no one came for assembling.
Got a call and they promised to complete the service by 3rd oct. But not happened 3rd oct also.
Followed them daily and sent multiple mails to customer support also. But no luck.
Finally got a reply from customer support that i need to arrange my own carpenter and will get refund from amazon.
Had completed the service from a local carpenter and they charged rs. 1500.
Informed the same to customer support. But no response.
Getting mails almost daily that still investigation is in progress.
Today they asked me to contact customer support.
Called customer support. But after 30 mins wait, they asked me to submit invoice of the carpenter service.
Local carpenters don’t give any invoice and i don’t have the invoice.
They are simply asking me to get some bill from local furniture shop. How i will get bill without service from a local store?
They clearly told i don’t get any refund.
I got affected with this product as the assembling was not done properly since no guide for assembling and lot of screws were still with me. Also i had spent rs. 1500 for this assembling. Didn’t get a single money refunded from amazon as promised. Now i last my hope.
Note: i don’t know really someone will read this mail and take action. But i will post the same in some internet complaints forums by tomorrow evening.
