[Resolved]  Amazon India — Amount not credited into beneficiary neither in my account

I have paid to the Merchant of Rs.900/- to Mukesh rai through (Amazon Pay) bhim app but after waiting for more than 72 hrs the amount was not credited to the beneficiary account and i have to pay it again through Cash payment. I have raised the complaint to the my Bank ICICI, it was deducted from my account https://bhimupi.org.in/get-touch but they saying me that the transaction was successful credited to the beneficiary (Recipient) merchant’s account. Request you to reconfirm with the beneficiary merchant.
Now please let me know who is responsible for this? And am i going my money back?
Reference No –[protected], Transaction date – 09/04/2022 but transaction showing in my
Account on 11/04/2022.
