Amazon India — An item delivered incorrectly and no refund and no pick up

I placed an order of Kids trolley bag dated[protected] via Amazon India, order id being[protected]. Which wasn’t delivered instead a clothes drying stand was delivered. On complaining the same was to be picked up on 25th oct 2024, which didn’t happen because the pick up guy wasn’t able to verify the item as it didn’t match the original order. Now every day I get a message on item being picked up but it hasn’t been picked up. On the top of it we received an email saying that we are not going to refund for this as this cloth drying stand is sent in addition to the original order, which we have never received.
This is absolutely cheating by and harassing the customer. Every single time we connect we have to narrate the whole story and none of the executives are aware of what is to be done . Now it is my money stuck and we have to spare an hours almost every day to speak to that executives.
