I ordered some products through Amazon. It was supposed to deliver within 19-21st June, 2021. It was not delivered. Again it was written that it will be deliver on 22nd June, 2021.whrn it was not delivered on time, I contact to customer care and on 23June and the person told me that again I have to wait for another 5 days as their seller informed them and if it is not delivered then they will check the matter. May be they will extend the date agaiqn and we have to wait when their seller will able to supply the product. For their unprofessional seller attitude, we have to wait for a long time and for that we are not able to cancel the product also which they are not able to deliver on time. Order no

    I had purchased a HIYANSHI HOME FURNISHING COTTON SATIN STRIPES DOUBLE KING BED SHEET WITH 2 PILLOW COVERS from Amazon costing Rs.399/- vide order no.[protected] dt.03.06.2021 and paid through Axis Bank debit card. As the product was short in size, I returned the product to Amazon. Subsequently, refund processing was initiated from Amazon end vide its RRN no. 006639 dt. 17.06.21. Till to date, the amount has not yet been credited to my Axis Bank savings Account.
    Pl. make necessary arrangement for crediting the refunded amount of Rs.399/- at an early date.

    On 30.06.2021, the refunded amount has been credited to my bank account . Hence, the matter may be treated as resolved. Thanks a lot to the Forum for taking up the matter so seriously.

      I would like to bring the situation I am facing to light. I ordered 3 metal targets from Amazon. I did not receive them but a single bunch of target paper worth 165. My order was worth more than 10, 000 inr. Upon contacting Amazon I was put under investigation. After 48 hours I was told that my money would be refunded. I did not want a refund but my products. Amazon was not able to help me there. I contacted the seller and even though kolkata was under lockdown they managed to get me my products. They sent out a national level shooter to the address where my product was sent. Something Amazon should have done. I only received two of my items though. Upon contacting the seller regarding this they sent me my replacement from Gaziabad in 24 hours. On Friday I decided to write a review of my experience. Yesterday I found out that my review was not allowed as it violated some guidelines. I was shocked and appaled. They allow cuss words to be used on their site. I can upload an example. I am also uploading a transcript of my review sent to me via Amazon. You be the judge. It has been more than 24 hours now and I am not allowed my comment yet.

        I ordered a product few weeks ago. The delivery was late and was not even in the verified amazon box. It was sent from a personal seller and the product isn’t original. I have had so many such experiences with Amazon. The sunscreen packaging, details and smell nothing matches the original sunscreen sold by Neutrogena brand. The product is highly disappointing. Amazon should verify the seller before listing them. This product is heinous for skin and health of an individual. Amazon should be held liable for it for doing it again and again.

          Maine amazon se ek product mangwaya tha 1034 se but deliever agent 1130 rupees le gaye or iska complain hum 3 baar amazon customer care ko kar chuke hain but wo abhi baar baar complain puchte hain or bolte h refund ho jaega but aisa kuch nhi ho rha bus mentally harrase kar rahe hain

          I ordered 1034 rupees product from amazon but the delievery agent ask higher amount i call 3 time in amazon customer care for extra charge refund, , they told it surely refund in 3 days but they cant give me result

            On 13 June 2021 I ordered two tops from harpa brand from Amazon order no[protected], I got the delivery only one product was correct maroon one was entirely different style, so I asked for exchange, next day they picked up wrong item, and almost shut down after contacting customer care and mails I got the delivery of my original product that too in xtra small size though I ordered large size, it seems they did it purposely because they wanted to sell only one item on discounted price, now second time I can't exchange though the mistake is from their side, they are offering me to return the amount, it's not the question of money it's mental harassment of the customer who trust them, i am sooo disappointed in Amazon and their policies, I atteching pictures of both orders,

              I have ordered 2 items. But only one was delivered and I asked about the other item and raised a complaint. They investigated the issue and said they can't refund the money. Such a poor customer service. I paid 3000 for the item which I did not received.

                  In my order status it is showing product is delivered on 4 th June but product is not delivered to me. Regarding this I tried to complaint many times at Amazon customer care service. But every time they give different reasons. They were telling that they are contacting seller, they said that it will refund on 21 June. I called on 21 June then again they said you have to wait more and your money is safe. They are highly uncertain about my order. I want refund of my order. I want real solutions and not fake Reasons. Coustmer support team is very worst

                            I bought a Vinod Non Stick Kadai from Amazon in September'2020, it is under warranty and all the non stick coating is chipping off n the food is getting burnt. Amazon asked me to contact the seller. When contacted the seller they are saying to courier the product back to them and they will inspect.
                            Why should I self courier it when buying the product it is not mentioned on Amazon site that while replacement customer has to go to all the hassle.
                            Called Amazon again Abhijit Bhardwaj transferred the call to the supervisor and that guy heard the issue and kept me on mute for 10-15mins and he disconnected the call.
                            The other day Jnanesh (supervisor) had asked to call back if aeller cannot resolve the issue. When I called today no assistance provided by the customer service from Amazon.

                            Is this the kind of service we expect from Amazon.
                            No one is ready help me resolve my issue or return my money.

                            Kindly also raise a complaint against the seller.

                              Yesterday Night I received a sms to call [protected] in my father mobile [protected] “Dear Customer Your SIM -Document has been expires today. Please Call to extend your [protected] immediately youy services discontinued in 24 hrs. Thank you Shekeel sulmen”. Later they forced my to do atleast recharge 10 rs to activate extension period. SO, I recharge 10 rs using HDFC Netbanking. Suddenly I received two sms as thank you for payment of rs 10, 000 and 1000 in AMAZONSELLERS

                                  I ordered a phone from amazon india. Today the package was out for delivery. Delivery agent asked me for otp which is to be send by them. I didnt received any otp. I gave my phone to delivery agent said you can check my phone there is no otp. He asked me to see my amazon app over there also I haven’t seen anything. After that the delivery agent entered a wrong otp after seeing my text and now the delivery company cancelled the product. There was technical glitch that I haven’t received otp and the agent entered a wrong otp and because of him my ordered was cancelled. After that i called an amazon agent they said they will try to re- attempt the delivery after 23. Approx 15 mins after i called again and now the agent is saying that they couldn’t do anything and the previous agent lied about the re - attempting.

                                    I ordered New Apple Watch Series 6 (GPS, 44mm) - Space Grey Aluminum Case with Black Sport Band | B08J6FCFVN ( B08J6FCFVN ) from amazon.in with order Id[protected] under the name of Venus bishnoi on 2nd march 2021 on 5th march 2021, received the ordered product with proper invoice tax receipt vide invoice no:IN-DEL[protected] but most shockingly after unpacking the same i found the entire was fake and duplicate and cheaper in quality and for the same i raise for the refund so in first instance your organization created pickup for my watch and now they are denying the pickup for the same stating that your organization have investigated the matter and came out with decision that they shipped correct item and in result mental stress and mental harassment has been inflicted towards me. also I have sent them legal notice via my lawyer which was delivered to them on 20th April via Tracking ID CC - EW[protected]IN trackable at Indian post, yet they have not replied to legal notice nor they have refunded, I also went to authorized apple service center they also denied of being original and provided job sheet,

                                    now on 18th may they have came to pick it up and but till today they have not refunded

                                      Amazon delivery boy They call and text me night and day, That too has been going on many times
                                      So I called Amazon Customer Care and gave the compliant. Then again the delivery boy started calling and texting me and it was night time too
                                      He has had his annoyance for a year, I called Amazon customer care several times but there was no response from their side, Then his annoyance increased.He also started texting me from many different apps
                                      A solution must be found as soon as possible
                                      Because he is a terrible nuisance that can not be tolerated. His details are given below
