Dear Sir,
I am Anil Bairapudi, and have placed an order on 31st March 2021 for oneplus nord 5G phone. It was supposed to be delivered by 1st April 2021 and I was not there at home, however there was miscommunication between the delivery boy & at my home. The product was cancelled by the delivery boy without my consent.
I was waiting for the product to collect, and I am assuring my exchange phone is in good condition....
