    Dear Sir,
    I am Anil Bairapudi, and have placed an order on 31st March 2021 for oneplus nord 5G phone. It was supposed to be delivered by 1st April 2021 and I was not there at home, however there was miscommunication between the delivery boy & at my home. The product was cancelled by the delivery boy without my consent.
    I was waiting for the product to collect, and I am assuring my exchange phone is in good condition. I request to relook it and send the same product for delivery. I need the product invoiced on 31st march 2021, as the invoice bill is needed for me for other purposes. And was trying to contact customer care, but not getting the right solution to resolve the issue.
    My amount was debited on the 31st march 2021, and not getting the product as promised.
    I was not happy at my end, as I have been a customer for Amazon for the last 6 years. It is requested to resend/ re-deliver the same product which was promised on 31st March 2021 invoice( which is attached as reference). As I am a central government employee, I need a 31st March 2021 invoice for the LTC scheme.

      Hello so the problem is that i requested an amazon assosiate to initiate a return for the product instead of replacement as the product was inappropriate but then again as the product color was not matching the return pickup boy did not accept it yet i chatted with another amazon assosiate and he initiated a return with no image verification and when it was successfully returned, almost 10 days the seller hasn't refunded so i checked whats taking so long and saw the order details section, that my payment is 0 rupees but i bought it for 1799 rupees so please can you do something about it.

        Hi Team
        Amazon order[protected] not delivered to me but falsely updated the status as delivered .
        When I have contacted customer care they said by March 31 it will be delivered due technical glitch it was falsely updated as delivered even though it's not delivered to me.
        Now when I have contacted Customer care they are saying that I need to wait for more 10, days .
        This order is prepaid order and they are not refunding the amount Rs.210 to me.
        The item was not delivered and I need refund for my prepaid order[protected]

          Kindly note, we have ordered Bajaj Majesty RH 13F Plus 2500 Watts 13 Fins Oil Filled Room Heater (Black / Golden, ISI approved) for Rs. 11, 400/- vide invoice no : RJ [protected] - 2021 and paid online. however, there was an extraordinary delay in receiving the product, (on 15th February). There was a medical emergency and we shifted to Mumbai. We tried canceling the order online, however, it was not allowing us to cancel online.

          The order is done from the account of Mr. Muulraj Chheda ([protected]@gmail.com).

          We request you to kindly cancel the product which is currently in Mumbai (packing still intact) and refund the same at the earliest.

                    I bought an fast-track rucksack from Amazon but the product was missing at the time when I opened the cover and I have complained several times to Amazon customer care they just say that the product was delivered good and there is nothing they can do for but it's been a mystery that what happened actually and they are not ready to share the investigation report so that I could my personal level investigation and try to find out what's wrong, I have been a prime member since it was introduced in india and this is so sad that after being a loyal customer, I am treated this way and lot of disappointment is there with me for now with regards to Amazon customer care, I please request you to look into issue and do the needful to keep up my loayality as it rare in the 21 century.

                          I have purchased Blanket from amazon on 11/03/2021 by making payment of Rs. 629 through Indian bank debit card & Rs. 629 through Axis Bank. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on Indian bank with refund reference number of[protected] ;[protected]. They even shared transaction id on my request . I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                          Kindly resolve the issue

                            On 27/3/2021 I placed an order No.#[protected] and paid Rs.290/= online. On tracking the order I was informed that the subject product was delivered to the addressee S. Praveen Kumar on 27/02/2021. But the same is not received by the addressee. Please resolve the issue by arranging for immediate delivery or refund the amount.

                                Hello, I am cecillia Anbu from thanjavur tamilnadu, in January 22 I get a interview mail from amazon in the position of digital content associate after I completed my versant test, i working for this very hard even I tried 17 times to clear the versant test then got HR interview in January 22 then i didn't receive any feedback or results from amazon recruiting team. then march 01 again i received the interview email for same position so i attended the interview till now i didn't get any information regarding results, i am very disturbed about this it gives me depression, i am very curious about the results i waited here for 3 months, what i have to do now?
