        I ordered Oneplus Buds Z from Amazon on 02-Mar-2021 and Recieved it on 5-Mar-2021. When I Opened it was Empty.
        As i said i ordered it on 02-Mar-2021, i observed Even after 3-4 days the packaging glue was sticky & stretchy.
        So, I called Amazon customer care as soon(in 5 minutes after delivery) as i got my parcel & raised a Complaint About my order.
        Amazon Customer Executive told me to contact them back in 5 days....

        I purchased apple watch series 6 but Amazon delivered a defective product so I requested for refund/replacement but Amazon customer support has cancelled my request and saying that you will have to go apple store.
        my return policy period only for today so how can possible and apple customer support said you will go with seller return period because you have 7 days replacement policy

          Dear Ma’am/Sir, I have been charged Rs.999 on 13th March 2021 on Amazon. I don’t know why this amount is deducted. I didn’t receive any OTP for that. I am also not a Amazon Prime user. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

            I have purchased Asus laptop on 19th February 2021 worth of re 1, 12, 650 and it was not in working condition so I asked to return. They arranged visit of service engineer to confirm whether it is in working condition or not. The service engineer affirm that it is not in working condition and requested the return procedure on 26th February.
            They arranged pick up on 1st march though I have requested that I have bought laptop using credit card and delay in payment would cause me extra charges but they refused by saying that pick up is available on this date only.
            When a person from Amazon came, he refused to take laptop by saying that the serial number is not matching though I have bill, packing, invoice and everything available, he says that he can't do anything if serial number is not matching then i requested again for pick up by calling on Customer care.
            They gave next date on 3rd March. And then the pick up was successful. But still I'm waiting for my refund it had been 10 days and I'm calling on each day they are giving me time of 24 hrs or 48 hours or 72 hours for query to be solved. But nothing happened. The amount is 1, 12, 650 rs and I'm paying extra charges of my credit card due date and wasting my so much valuable toke in calling customer care. It's really irritating that eventhough doing so many follow ups they are not entertaining any complains and not refunding my amount.

              I have been a loyal customer of your company since many years. I have purchased hundreds of orders from you till date ranging from groceries to electronics. Your services have generally been up to the mark.

              This time round, I am terribly disappointed with your service.

              I had ordered a mobile phone (order no[protected]. The order involved an exchange of an old phone. The payment was made through net banking.

              Incidence-1

              Your delivery agent came to my residence in the day time when I was at my office and I was carrying the phone with me that was to be exchanged. Hence I requested the delivery agent to come in the evening which he agreed to. He never came. So I called your customer care to deliver the phone in the evening and I was assured that it will be done so.

              Incidence-2

              The next day you person again came during the day time and I again requested him to come in the evening which he again agreed. He never came. Again I called up the customer care and requested you to deliver the phone at my office and I was told that the delivery will be made at my office till 6:00 pm at my office or else it will be made at my home after that. Your agent never came to my office or at my home.

              Again I called up the customer care and requested the same as in incidence-2 and this time I was told that delivery at my office was not possible I would have to cancel my earlier request and place a fresh request. So again I requested you to deliver the phone in the evening and again I was assured that it will be done.

              Incidence-3

              Your agent never came; either in the day time or in the evening time. I kept waiting for him. When finally in the evening when I checked the status of my request, I found that out had cancelled the request.

              Incidence-4

              I called up your customer care and demanded that I should get my refund without any delay. I was told that it was an RBI rule that such refunds should take 3-5 working days. I know the agent was cooking up a story to cover your flaws.

              Now, I neither have the product nor have my money. It is entirely your mistake and you should take diviations and process my refund early. But it seems that you are sticking to your processes even if it is your mistake. This is not acceptable. Any other company would have either made sure that the delivery takes place immediately the next day or the refund is processed mediately.

              Finally, you have lost a customer and I will never buy anything from you. I have other options available.

              Please not:

              I too work in the corporate. I know that goo[censored]ps like these do happen from time to time. Your skills in customer service is determined by how quickly you resolve the issue.

              If you can resolve the issue of an unhappy customer quickly, he would become your loyal customer- more often than not. If you don't then you not only lose that customer but also 10 more of your customers.

                I have ordered a bean bag of 2099 rupees (order no.[protected] from amazon through indian bank debit card. The order was returned and amazon has initiated the reference no. - 05134041057031277977608 but the refund is not done. I have been contacting the customer care of amazon about 4-5 times in more than 15 days now. I was asked to look for the bank statement and i have already done it and it shows no such credited amount in the bank. Then, i was told that the reference number for the refund is not initiated yet. And then after contacting to the higher officials amzon has provided a reference number and i was told to wait for 3 days. And still i have not recieved the refund amount. I have even visited the bank(Indian bank) regarding this with the reference number as asked by the amazon customer care but they do not have such facility.

                Kindly do the needful.

                    Amount paid to Amazon twice (on 5th December) due to network issue but still not refunded my extra amount paid to hem. I had raised complaint to Amazon customer care on next week when this issue raised but still now then didn't resolved my issue.

                    I am loosing my hope on Amazon because i never though such a big brand will fail to resolver the customer issues.

                        Product- Lenovo Tab E8 defective product.

                        Payment- Via Debit card.

                        I had received the defective product inside the box. I complaint to customer care for which they form a queries for inspection. In which they found the reason for delivering me defective product. And created request for picking the product. During the day of pick up the pickup boy refused to pick up my product. I explained the whole scenario to the delivery boy but conditionally he refused to pick up the product. After which I complaint to customer care for more than 20 times but ordered cannot be picked up. Now 28 Days have been passed and still there team is not refunding my money. I am now completely hopeless from Amazon India. You are only hope for me. Please help me to get my hard earned money.

                            I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 11th march 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                              I raised request on 9-Mar to return product "On Whey protein" and its return window showing is 12-Mar.
                              I was committed to pickup the item on 10-Mar, I waited whole day and now I was told by customer executive that I was not available at home (which is totally false). I tried reaching the pickup person on Amazon generic number (received with PIN) about 10 times but he disconnected my number.
                              One of the executive told me pickup will happen on 11-Mar, but still there is no update on the website.
                              I have seen the negative feedbacks for Amazon regarding return.
                              My order number is - 9958 (at the last)
                              Request to get it resolved and refund the amount ASAP, the amount is 5003.

                                Ordered(#[protected] the MI5 pro mobile screen guard and amazon has Delivered 18-Feb-2021. Due to covid, we kept product aside for quarantine as full faith and trust on amazon. While parcel opened, we found that product is completely damaged and not even usable. Due to travel plan, could not log a complaint to Amazon so after reaching the destination logged refund request to Amazon. Representative took refund request and asked me to wait for 3-5 business days but no refund received yet. While yesterday requested them refund and amazon said, we can't help. I lost my trust on amazon while sent damage product and on top of that not ready to help. Since I purchased this product to gift my brother in USA, it ruin complete surprised and damaged my image in front of him. Now need refund and also compensation of my damage reputation to my brother.                                   I have ordered a samsung phone of Rs 18, 999 from amazon india but due to some circumstances it has been returned but the amount has not been refunded into my Indian bank account and the bank manager is saying that they haven't received any money and the Amazon executives are saying that they have refunded it. So kindly confirm that where the amount is?
