    I have purchased Blanket from amazon on 11/03/2021 by making payment of Rs. 629 through Indian bank debit card & Rs. 629 through Axis Bank. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on Indian bank with refund reference number of[protected] ;[protected]. They even shared transaction id on my request . I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

    Kindly resolve the issue

      On 27/3/2021 I placed an order No.#[protected] and paid Rs.290/= online. On tracking the order I was informed that the subject product was delivered to the addressee S. Praveen Kumar on 27/02/2021. But the same is not received by the addressee. Please resolve the issue by arranging for immediate delivery or refund the amount.

          Hello, I am cecillia Anbu from thanjavur tamilnadu, in January 22 I get a interview mail from amazon in the position of digital content associate after I completed my versant test, i working for this very hard even I tried 17 times to clear the versant test then got HR interview in January 22 then i didn't receive any feedback or results from amazon recruiting team. then march 01 again i received the interview email for same position so i attended the interview till now i didn't get any information regarding results, i am very disturbed about this it gives me depression, i am very curious about the results i waited here for 3 months, what i have to do now?

              I had ordered a product from meesho on 19-03-21 and cancelled on the same day
              Amazon says refund process was success from their end and after contacting bank, they raised charge back request from their side. Now, Amazon says to file a dispute only then we can take action. Please kindly look into this issue. I would attach details below for reference.

                    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 28th march 2021.
                    Earlier also there has been deductions.
                    Could you please assist me regarding this.

                      Amazon India does not have or Maintain an Email ID for customers to reach them, or permit or Provide a facility for a consumer ro put their greviences in Writing to the Company. This is against Standand Business Practices and totally unacceptable. Their CHAT and CALL facility are totally Mismanaged and unresponsive to Customers which is linked on their Website. Amazon India should provide an Email ID to All Consumers to reach them, which should be mandatory for all ECom Companies in India. AMAZON India needs to have a transparent Policy for Checks and Balances, which is totally missing presently, Amazon India and FLIPKART are among the TOP FIVE E Commerce Companies Operating in India which is Swindling Customers Money by delivering Fake and Substandard Products. Honaurable SUPREME COURT of India and Ministry of Corporate Affairs Should immediately direct all ECom companies to start an Email ID for Customers to submit their Grievances and Feedbacks.

                        The delivery executive threw a very heavy parcel over a 7 feet gate. Amazon did not even try to give a response to this complaint. No complaint, no action. No return allowed for the products in the package.

                          My last order[protected] refund still not credited to my account. While Amazon says it's refunded to my account. Amazon is also not able to confirm complete account Number and bank name amount transferred. Struggling for 1 month
                          The transition number u have shared already checked with my bank.
                          No such transaction number is traced.
                          I have update so many times that this amount is not received, and Amazon is sharing same transaction number again and again.
                          Amazon is not ready to listen for refund of Rs. 999/-

                            that delivery agent called me just wait i'll come to 5 min in last two day
                            but not delivery that address and me

                            i'll reminder call to amazon customer service no but that call connect to wrong person

                            sorry to say about this issue (just 339 worth box )
                            that delivery person take my box maybe do not encourage this kind delivery persons...

                                My name is Mahavir Kothari holding a Saving A/c:[protected] in Canara bank, Saraswati Chowk Branch, Solapur.

                                I made an online transaction on Saturday - 06 Mar 2021, Order id:[protected], however the transaction failed and the order got canceled, although an amount of 6798 Rs was deducted from my account.

                                When I checked with Amazon customer care they stated that they haven't received an amount of 6798 Rs on 06 Mar'21. So, I did reach out to the branch to get more clarification however the associate from branch stated that it would take at least 48 hrs or 2 working days to get back the refund. So I reached back to the branch again on 12 Mar'21 but then I was asked to give my complaint in writing and which I did. The response which I have received is “As per NPCI portal the mentioned transaction is successful and credited to merchant APL4884f6cd286f4f7fa179172dc3beec90 on 06.03.2021”. However, when I call back to the Amazon customer care they say they never received this amount at their end and so they cannot refund the same.

                                It has been almost 20 days now and I haven't received my money. So, I request you to please look in to the issue on personal basis and try and help me out to get back my money.

                                  Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 2799 which send to my account on 12th march, 2021 from amzon.in they send to my account they also provide refund reference no. #[protected] and i have waiting almost 15 days but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank mannger. I have complain against it but still it's not reflect in my account.

                                        Dear Team,
                                        On 21 March 2021, balance from Amazon account was utilized by an unauthorized user, my funds were used to buy mobile phone credit. The unauthorized user used Rs 10, 000 from my account.
                                        I have raised the complain with Amazon and they gave my following complaint number
                                        D21816624. And with out my consent they closed this complaint. we against logged the complaint with Amazon but we are not getting any positive response from them.
                                        Is this something that you can help me with.
