I have been playing free fire for three years .But a few days ago suddenly a hacker hacked my account and he login my account and used hack. I didn't use the hack myself.

I am pritesh and have submitted rs. 4, 00, 000/- to shop it today but not getting any benefits. I submitted the money due to their lie commitment to provide me a car. But they made fraud and send me bogus products like mobile and tv as gift item, which i have never demand them.

But it is about 2 and half years, still i am waiting to recover my money. I have registered a complaint one year ago but did not get any response.

I buy mi band watch at ₹499 online from shop it website. But I can't get it. I also call on mobile no. But mobile no
Is not working & also sending mail to perticular mail id but the is wrong. So please try to solve it. I also get message from the company so I attach the screenshot on below.

Inspite of depositing all the requested amounts by the company, and the constant assurances from their end that they will be giving us the benefit of approx. 30.00 l against the deposit of more than 10.0 l. No benefit or amount has been disbursed to us till date. We have been connected with many different people working in the organisation and all of them gave us assurances in this regard. But all the assurances were in vain.

One of the book show which name is poonam book deport. This shop also provides online books and also ignou guides. I talk with him on phone and also whatspp. Book shops owner said he can provide books to me for bsc zoology guides of first year. Lse 01, 02, 03 and feg 01 and i send him 900 rupees on paytm. He said me that he send me within 1 week. Till it goes 1 month above. He can't receive my phone calls. On whatspp he seen my messages but didn't reply anything. Before 3 days he said me that he will return money but didn't send. Today i mess him call him but no reply. That's why i am complaing for this cheater owner.

So fraud company. Told me that they would gimme 1 out off 4 gifts if i buy any item worth 3000/- so i paid through quick transfer.. Nd after that they were claiming in order to get the gift i have to give 10800/- more as a 18% gst amount.. But i refused to pay as i was unable to do so.. So they told me that refund will be made after 45-90 days.. But after reading these complaints i found that 45-90 days is enough to frauding people and shutting the company down.. So request to take heavy action on this company and get them arrested doing cyber crime.

I have paid 6750 by neft to buy a laptop and i have not recieved any laptop or amount back. now they were telling the company get in to fire and now it will not going to back refund.

Shopittoday customer executive called me that against 3200 rupees they will send me a Samsung phone worth Rs 17000.
After I transferred Rs 3200 to their acount Axis bank Rohini branch DELHI. They send me a watch worth Rs200/- only . So I lost my 3000 rupees. I lodged several complaints but all in vain.
This company is a big fraud. Beware of Shopittoday.

i got a call from shopitoday they ofeer me to select any product for7857/- i choose samsung s7 edge and i deposited to the ac no [protected] later i got a call to pay tax 10, 000/- then i deposited later again i got a call to pay by NEFT mode of rupees 10, 000/- again i deposited and i am waiting for product and i got a call from shopit today they told sorry we cant sent u product and we are refunding amount 3lakh rs
and they asked my aac no i gave them and i told to refund only 26, 000/- which i deposited and they refused 1 year has been passed and yet i dint receive any amount please help me to get my amount

I Bharat Patel resident of gandhidham Gujarat have been cheated by shop it today.I received call from d company regarding promotional offer by the company to chose any product from the company and to pay only 12.5% tax amt.I selected Samsung S6 edge+ whose tax amt was 6412.I paid 6500 in companies sbi a/c.then I was told I won 20 gm gold with my order and I have to pay 9474 as insurance charge..so I paid 9500 again to sbi a/c no.[protected](karkardooma branch)..then I was told I will not get my parcel instead company will pay back 175000/- as (amt of mobile+amt of gold+amt paid by me+penalty by the company for not delivering me my order)..For this I have to pay refundable amt of 26250/-as NOC charge to the company..so I paid 26250/- now to companies axis bank a/c no.[protected](rohini sector 24 branch)..again I was told my file is ready and I have to pay 29181/- as final payment for bank's tax certificate and after payment I will receive my payment of 201250/-(175000+26250)..I deposited 29181/- to companies axis bank a/c..then I was told that I have deposited money in the wrong a/c ie I had to deposit 29181/- in sbi a/c not in axis bank a/c. So again I have to deposit 29181/- in sbi a/c as final payment and after 2 hours i will receive amt in my a/c through rtgs..I again deposited 29200/- in sbi a/c cdm machine...After all this I was told that now I have to pay 40500/- as bank's clearing charges then I will receive money...I paid all the said amts(total 100631/-) except 40500 as I don't have money now...I feel cheated by the company...company is a big fraud..where to go now...company asked me to take my complaint back then I will receive money..I did so but still not refunded back...almost a year passed by...now all d nos r switched off...what to do

I got a call from person named Siddharth verma from shop Today India PVT. ltd on 3rd december 2015 that my number is shortlisted and on payment of only Rs. 2000 i will get samsung tablet which actually cost 18-19 thousand. after that i received below mail on my id.

on the 5th december i paid 2000 cash on their given number through state bank and i have that slip also. i sent a conformation pic of that slip on given whatsup number that is [protected]. he replied from same number also. then by evening i got call from their dispatch department and packing department and i dont know what all. then on second day i got call from courier service that my product is ready but i have to pay 6000 rupees of insurance which is refundable and i will get in form of cheque with my product only. then i got this mail.

i denied for that payment as Mr. Siddharth verma told me that after this 2000 i do not have to pay anything. he was repeatedly calling for that payment but i denied. he did too much buttering like you r like my sister just trust your brother and pay this 6000. but i had doubt so after that i finally quit with that order so he told that ur money will be refunded to you. after all the numbers from which i got call are not responding. last talk with him was in march month and he assured that my refund will be possible in month of march only after end of financial year. and now given customer care number is switch off and whatsup number is picked by some lady who is not from shop it today.

once or twice i called in customer care and then i asked for siddharth verma then they told that at present he is not on his place as soon as he come we will give ur msg and he wil call me. but no call at all. after 2 3 call they told me that siddharth vverma left the job.
on 4th august again i tried on all available number but no contact at all.

I am doing this complaint against Shop It Today India Pvt. ltd.They are doing fraud from past many years and no legal action has been taken against them. Here is my case and I requests you to please provide me the solution as soon as possible . On the[protected] I got a call from Shop it today India Pvt ltd and they informed me that you are the lucky winner in the contest you have won the 40 inch hd led tv and a gold coin of 10 grams . You just have to pay the tax and the shipping amount of 3990 rs in their bank account . As first I did not have trust on them so I request them to send me the written confirmation on my mail id and within 10 mins in got the mail conformation from the
[protected]@yahoo.in I did not trust this mail id so they send the other conformation mail from [protected]@shopittoday.in and then I trusted them. The person talking with me was Priya Sharma and asked her about the fraud happening in the country on the name of this contest so she diverted the call to the higher authority whom they have address as a area manager name Ankush Goswami ( No: [protected], [protected]) . They have given me the bank account of state bank of Delhi branch . As now they have gained my trust I have deposited the 3990₹ ok their account with in 2 hours. After that they have called saying that they got the money. After some time the same person called me saying that there is another contest going on if you wish to go ahead there is a chance of winning the car like Renault duster and other so as I pet the human nature I got interested and I said yes I will go ahead. And then after 3-4 hours Ankush called and said that congratulations sir you have won the Hyundai grand I10 . But for that you have to pay the insurance and the road tax to us which was 51, 250. I said that I was not able to pay this amount at a time . So he gave me a option that you just pay 25000 first and after reviving the car pay the due amount . As it was already 4.30 pm bank was closed so I was not able to submit that money . Next day in the morning I have deposited the 25, 000 in their account no:[protected] . After revving the amount after 2 hours he called and said that sir it is not possible to give you a gift without full payment so I deposited the due amount of 26, 150₹ on the same day in the above mentioned account no via NEFT. And then he gave us the assurance that I will get my price soonest . Then in the next morning I got a call from the same person saying that sir as per the Income tax and India govt rules you can not break the gift or tax amount in 2 parts . So sir please deposit the 51, 250 at a time we will give you the price within an hour from the deposition of money . So I deposited the 52, 150₹ in their account . It was a Friday . I requested them that I already have a car I don't want another car please give me the same amount in cash . They told me that okay we will credit that amount in your account tomorrow. So I gave them my account details . Ok Saturday I got the SMS that they have credited the 6 lakh money in my account but it was not showing in my account so I called them to inform this . So what I get in return is that due to some technical error the amount was not credited . And they will credit the amount on Monday . Form Monday onward they have started making the different stories . They just don't want to give the return to me. After several month I tried calling them all of their numbers were changed . And even Ankush Goswami was not there . So I discussed my issue with the new person named : Chaturvedi ( no:[protected] he told me that he will look in to the issue and revert me back. He gave me the written confirmation that They have my 1, 41, 490₹ with them and they will return me on[protected] . I have waited till that when I called in the September 2014 all the number were yet another time changed . Then I talked with another guy as Mr Chaturvedi had also left the company. The another person was Mr Upendra (No:[protected],[protected] then again the thing was repeating it self he also looked in to issues he again have the conformation of date in January 2015 then due to some issue date was changed to[protected] then anther person came and gave a date[protected] then[protected] then[protected] . The same procedure was going on and they were just giving the dates not doing anything . I have several mails from the [protected]@shopittoday.in saying you will get your refund soon. In between I have deposited more 10, 000₹ for the security of the bank . And as last they have given the date of[protected] and as I called them today[protected] they were asking for more money to proceed the transfers .
Following are the list of person and their numbers and the dates they have given me. But none of them has taken a single step to provide me my money . Now I am feeling cheated . I hope you take this seriously and reply me back. And solve my case and refund me my money.
