Please take serious action against best bus staffs

Sewerage pipe line fully blocked in my residence since one week.

My experience is very bad when i ordered using acadzone in bookadda. Very poor customer care process. No response to the calls made and the status remains as "ordered" only even after 10 days from the day of placing the order. The transaction id is[protected] and ordered item is comptia cloud essentials exam c10-001 (English). This is placed on 12th may 2017

I ordered 6 books from bookadda.com on 30th aug - order #[protected]; expected books shipment was within 7 days. However only one book out of 6 was dispatched. Now when i am calling customer care no given on bookadda.com, they tell me that 'books are going to be shipped today', this is happening from sat 10th sept and it is repeated on tue, wed.. I am getting same reply that "books will be shipped today" but no progress at all. Customer care service is not up to the mark and i am not sure if i will get remaining books in time.

I ordered a book from bookadda.com on 10 Jan, 2016 n payment was successful for Rs 499 with transaction id[protected]...n amount was debited from account but customer care executives are saying there is no order for this book in their data n deleted all summary of this order from my account n now they are not confirming my order n also not satisfy to credit my amount

I placed an online order for a text book of Std 4 on Bookadda.com website on 1st Aug' 2015 - Transaction ID[protected] Did not receive the same till date. Tried calling them on their Customer Service No[protected] on Aug 13, 2015 - which is answered by an auto answering machine and then it plays music continuously. I have called around 4-5 times and one or two calls lasted upto 10+ min's - but only music ringing - after which I cut the call. I sent a mail to them expecting that they will atleast revert on mail. Today again (19th aug, ) tried calling them. But same thing happened. Have sent a mail. Want to lodge a complaint against this fraud website / non - responsive attitude and get my money back. I had ordered for a book on 19 July. ' OXFORD Dictionary of Psychology' and I have not received it yet... I made numerous call and email to BookAdda.com. but no reply was made from the... Its a worst online shopping portal.. Hate BookAdda. Com..

On 15 th Aug-15 I have purchases one book from BOOKADDA.COM " HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT" for which I have paid through Net Banking Rs.324/- and i have recieved transaction reciept as SUCCESSFUL. Now, BOOKADDA.COM is not providing me the Order number or order confirmation. I have also send many email to BOOKADDA.COM but no reply recieved yet.

I ordered "book of secrets" from bookadda.com on 2nd July, 2015. Order id is :[protected] Payment was done via :- mobikwik wallet. Order was cancelled on 22 July I was supposed to get my refund within a week, but it has been more than 3 weeks and they haven't refunded my money. I made numerous calls, email but still no refund. Hi, I booked 2 books online with transaction id[protected] from BOOKADDA.com on 22-JUNE-2015 At the time of placing the order, the book was displayed as available in stock. Then the book ws successfully booked with Transaction Number:[protected] . Then after 10 days i got a message that please contact custoemr care . your books wil be delayed now after 1 month, i am yet to get a response. I have sent many mails but received no response from them. Called them No way to call., no one receives the customer care. Posted on their Facebook wall, still no reply. Placed this order last week, no updates yet, website does not show any order history, the order is not listed and my past orders do not display order history. customer care is not picking up my phone and email is not being dispatched. I have already paid for the order, kindly look into the matter.

I have ordered a book 'Indian Economy' by Ramesh Singh, 2015 edition on 23rd June 2015 from Bookadda. The transaction ID is[protected]. Estimated dispatch date was 26th June, 2015. Here is a brief series of my calls with the customer care executives of bookadda: Call made on 27th June : I was informed there was delay in despatch;it would be made on 29th. 29th June : Again 2-3 days delay.Book was packed and kept and courier service did not pick up the package. I waited. 6th July : My book was in reprinting stage with the publisher.(Contradicting all the previous information).Despatch to be made on wednesday(8th july) 10th July : To be despatched on 10th july and I would receive the same on 13th July. Everytime I call up customer care, I am informed of different reasons for delay, which are often contradicting. During all these days, they did not even have the courtesy to send me mails. They are misleading customers with extremely varying delivery dates and are very unprofessional in handling orders. I have ordered the book in view of my exams in August. The inordinate delay is too unfortunate. Kindly look into the matter soon as possible since they have consistently failed to deliver.I want to urgently receive my order on 13th July or else I wish to cancel my order and I need FULL REFUND of the paid amount.Two mails, one send on order date and the other upon my frequent request is attached herewith.

I ordered a book named 'Electrical Engineering Materials by S P Seth' in 'Bookadda.com' site on 24/04/2015, order number[protected], but didn't received my item for more than a fortnight, on asking in their customer care, I was told the book is not available and they going to refund money in 7 working days, but even after numerous phone calls and email conversation I didn't received my refund yet after 45 days of transaction, now they have stopped to receive even my calls, due to this disturbance I couldn't prepare for my IES exam for which I needed this book.

I ordered books from www.bookadda.com on 6th April'15 but have not received the same yet. They don't send an acknowledgement email (just SMS). I tried contacting them via email and customer care number but nobody comes back. I need my money back.

i purchased two cd's for preparation for ctet exam i and ii from bookadda that were prepared by practiceguru.
firstly the cd's were sent a week late as bookadda did not have in stock nor did the publisher.ultimately it arrived and when i tried to run it ,it required a password for which it was written to contact practiceguru
i contacted them many times through mail and phone.they did not respond.when after one day they responded and sent me the id and started the cd and to my horror found it barely had anything compared to what was written on cover.
on cover it was written it had 140 tests whereas it had only 20 and both the cd's for paper i and ii were identical .there was no difference. i contacted them again and they said that they have sent the wrong cd and they will now send the correct cd. they give me a courier no through which they sent the new cd .when courier did not arrive and asked them again they said they did not have any such cd and they will refund the money.what a mockery ,they are selling cd at a premium site like bookadda without having anything and see the plight of site like bookadda who did not bother to verify the contents of cd before floating on website.
they promised time and again to refund the money but still have not refunded till date. the matter is not about money but i shall advise readers to refrain from making purchase from bookadda for items where content is not clearly mentioned and specially such cd's where such frauds can happen.
specially aware of this company practiceguru ,they having nothing in hand except for cover of cd's ,they are a bunch of fraudsters selling test material without even having the same.the following is the name of the cd i purchased.
