Against ordered phone, I was delivered a cheaper version phone. Box was opened in front of Amazon Delivery Agent (PIN 2529) who also saw it was a different phone, but he declined to take it back. He also took away my exchanged phone Redmi 4 in spite of my resisting. The supplied product is a RS. 4000 cheaper than what was ordered on supplied by Darshita Electronics @ Amazon.

Amazon supplied a faulty Samsung M21 Mobile handset to me on 30.09.2020 after receiving full payment of Rs.13, 999/- in advance. Now the Amazon is playing fraudulent practice saying that it will be replaced only after a week long waited inspection, and will be replaced only if found defective by their agency.
To add to that fraudulent practice, Amazon has not given the option of refund also....

I haven't receive a refund of rs 679 by amazon yet but they assured that it has been issued to my Allahbad bank account. And the bank denies it. Need immediate help. Resolve my problem as soon as possible....

Hello, it has been more than 7 days now that I have initiated a return and refund for a product purchased from amazon. Even though courier agent picked up the product I have no update on the refund, more over the return tracking is not updated. What a bad service is this, when am I going to get the refund...
