My name is Abhijeet Haldar from West Bengal, I'm currently working in Bahrain.
I bought a lot of products from Amazon but I got upset buying a mop set.
I ordered a mop set on 20 September 2020, whose order ID is[protected].
A few days later I got my mop set delivered, I took the mop set and opened the box, I found the cap missing at the water exit of the bucket.Then I requested return from the Amazon app, a few days after the courier delivery boy came to my house, he said you give the old mop set, my family member brought the box of the mop set, then the delivery boy checks box and One by one all the materials, after checking he said that the color changed of the cleaning towels. Nothing had been taken out of the box from our house members, The box was kept as the seller had sent it.
The delivery boy did not replace my mop set, when I asked him why you could not replace it, he said that I have a picture from the seller, the towel color is red in picture and blue in your box.
Delivery Boy said you should complain to Amazon.
I immediately chatted with the customer representative from the Amazon app and told all the things. They said OK, I have taken your request, your problem will be solved in three to four days.
The reason for my chatting is that I am not in India, otherwise I could talk to the customer representative.
Since then, I have chatted with the customer representative four times, all speak you wait a few days your problem will be solved and not done yet.
I am very upset for Amazon.

      I Ordered Two Pipasa Brand Women Woolen Sweaters .My order #[protected].i Paid 2673/- in Total for Sweaters including shipping. i Choose One Black color and One Red color sweater. On 8th of November One sweater was delivered in package. I received one black Color Sweater in package .but on sweater it has chatanya brand printed on it. when i open my amazon.in to contact customer support for different band i find that my order updated as Two items were delivered. But I Only received one item. so I contacted customer care and informed the issue. they said " we'll refund for missing item but after some hold time they informed me that since item price is 1299/- we are unable to process refund. we need to put investigation regarding this and you need to wait another 5 working days. in between 5 days I get a call from Investigation team and you should cooperate with them they say". I agreed and waited five business days. after five business days when i ask for update the customer support team said " sorry we are unable to contact you so please wait another 5 days and we'll do needful". so i expected a call this time and waited another five days. now today after five days passed when i call customer care they said " we received update from our team that we delivered package intact and was not empty at the time of delivery". I tried to tell them it wasn't empty at the time of delivery i received only one item instead of two. but they saying " sorry this is final decision and our team updated as it was not empty package you received. we can't do anything about this order". i am helpless and my money was taken for undelivered product. please help me to get my money back and teach them a lesson.

        This is regarding the order i placed on 28th October for fitbit versa 2 amounting to RS14249. The delivery happened on 2nd NOV and i asked the delivery boy to cancel the product. He said its already marked as delivered and told him to cancel it. And he took back the product. I assumed I would be refunded since i returned the product. After a week or so. I contacted customer service and this happened a few times with no solution to my issue. I was not refunded nor notified by customer service and the last customer service i talked to said that it was a mistake on the part of the courier service and ‘assured’ that I’ll be refunded which never happened and an investigation was raised and today they informed me that after ‘discussion’ they would not refund any money and refuse to share any details of how such a mistake occurred. Please look into this matter. Its my urgent request. This is a smart way of duping people and amazon customer services have been of no help.

          I have asked for the refund from amazon on 12th november, 2020 and then got a mail with reference number of refund processing but no money was recieved in my PNB account please resolve this issue

            I did shopping worth rs. 1, 00, 246.99 via HDFC Credit card during great indian festival sale. According to offer, I should may receive instant discount rs. 1750 and Amazon pay cashback of rs. 6000. But in actual I received only instant cashback not Amazon pay cashback. Please resolve my query.

              Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 2255 which send to my account on 09th nov.2020 from Amazon.in they send to my account they also provide refund reference no. 74332740314031399010355 and I have waiting almost 12 days but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have called against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank consultant. I have called against it but still it's not reflect in my account.

                          The above order included the supply of Surf Excel MATIC.
                          Perhaps you had placed the order on Cloudtail India vide your order #[protected].
                          Whereas I ordered only one unit of Harpic Powerplus Disinfectant toilet cleaner 1L (Pack of two) I was supplied two units.
                          The parcel was tampered and no invoice was provided in it. you may please take back the extra unit and supply me Surf Excel.
                          The total order value was 1978/- which I have already paid.

                            I purchased Amazon Brand - Vedaka Fennel Seeds (Saunf), 200g and Colgate ZigZag plus antibacterial Toothbrush - Medium on 13th November, 2020 among other things. But I received torn packet of Amazon Brand - Vedaka Fennel Seeds (Saunf), 200g, which is in this covid time is very unhygienic and getting packeted product is main reason I ordered from Amazon. I also received old version i.e. Colgate ZigZag Toothbrush - Medium (price 99 rs) instead of product shown and described in product page i.e. new version Colgate ZigZag plus antibacterial Toothbrush - Medium ( price 120 rs). They are misleading customers with description and advertise of newer product in product page and sending old cheaper stock. They also changed the name of the product after delivery. I raised repeated multiple complaints with proof but they denied everything after their one sided 'investigation'. No replacement or refund or clean investigation. nothing! Picture attached.

                              This is regarding order id[protected] of dated 18/11/2020.

                              While placing the order, each product page is showing offer of Rs 300 cash back for order value of Rs 900 or more. After adding all the items in the cart, popup message came saying your cart is eligible for Rs 300 cashback.

                              Based on this, placed order and after receiving the items when no cashback credited, contacted amazon customer service. The agent, informed due to some tnc, i am not eligible for this cash back.
                              But there was no condition mentioned on the product page or in the pop-up message. According to the agent, all customers irrespective of whether they are eligible or not, will receive same message. But will not get the cash back.

                              So, by doing this i.e. keeping the tnc hidden, amazon is misleading all customers and doing fraud with them. They lure the customer with the offer and then saying you are not eligible. This is not right and need to be stopped. Please look into this.

                                      I ordered Philips Induction cooktop from Amazon.in but I was shocked when I opened the package. The Amazon box had Philips induction box inside but when I opened the Philips box the induction cooktop was not Philips but some surya Star and that too having a crack at the top. I couldn’t believe can this kind of cheating happen under the banner of company like Amazon. I have marked the item for return.

                                        Returned a tshirt on amazon which was paid using my bank's debit card related to a union bank account that i closed few days after ordering that tshirt. after that i returned the tshirt the refund was processed on 9th nov and now it shows that the refund has been done by 14th nov but i havent got the money.
