    My self ordered whirlpool 190 L 2 Star Direct-Cool Single Door Refrigerator on 01.12.2020, order Number#[protected], order total amount paid: Rs.10665.46/-. As per company scheduled delivery for 08.12.2020. But till now i did not receive my product. Till system showing out for delivery till now i did not get even single call from delivery person. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible

      I placed an order for redmi 9 prime 4/128 from my amazon account using my credit card. After some hours i received a message that my account is put on hold and I need to verify some details.
      I provided the details but the account is still in a hold state.
      I havent received my order or the refund on my card and amazon customer care is not able to provide any details.
      Either they should provide me the order or the refund and unhold my account, they are voilating consumer laws by not providing either.

      Please help me in unholding the account and providing the order or the refund.

        I have returned a product because misplaced the order, but till i have requested to return my product from last 10 till now my product did not taken, , i need know the answers and more over orders are coming and delivery is also going well but return process is too worst please work on it.

            On 29 November I placed an order for the set of 6 stainless bowls on the amazon website which was delivered on my house at 2 December. But after getting dissatisfaction from my order I returned the product to amazon for getting refund and they sent me an email that the refund will come in my account by 8 December. Today is 10 December and I still didn't received my refund.

            Refund not credited in my account for amazon order no[protected] and Refund Reference no- 30005103340334123079549.please help me to resolve my problem.

              Amazon:I received totally damage product.My amazon order id[protected]
              . I returned the product. Seller received the product on[protected] .but i didn't receive any refund . Please refund my money. I Contact customer service many time.                 I am sharing my experience on this Platform to aware people of India that Amazon Seller " Frootle India Ltd" who is Coway Air purifier registered Seller is cheating Amazon Customers by sending old and used Product and taking money for fresh one.

                I have ordered Coway Air Purifier on 6th Dec on Deal Price 12999.

                To my surprise what Seller send bravely to my home is already used and...

                    I have ordered a sofa cum bed of blue colour From Aart Store but after delivery i seen that the sofa Quality is very bad .                       A beanbag product was ordered on 8th Nov 20202 from Amazon and I canceled the product on 19th Nov cause it wasn't shipping. However, it did not get reflected in my amazon app, post which I contacted customer service to get it canceled. After this, I did not receive my refund. When I contacted customer service again regarding my refund, I was informed that the product needs to get dispatched in order to cancel it. It has been 1 month and the product has not been shipped yet! I have called customer service over 10 times to follow up on this issue and there has been no progress on the resolution of the issue. All I get to hear is that they have escalated the issue and it would take 3-5 working days. I would follow up after 5 working days and they would escalate the issue again for 3-5 more working days. Their agent even gave me in writing that if the refund is not initiated from the seller side he will himself issue the refund from the amazon side but no response.

                      The product was to be shipped through delhivery and here is the tracking id. It clearly mentions that the seller denied the pickup of the order.

                      Whenever I ask to talk with a senior agent they are always busy and if I insist the call is disconnected. When will I receive my refund?

                          I have ordered the Acer Aspire-3 laptop on 28-Oct-2020 vide order No #[protected] and the same was delivered on 2.Nov.2020 and from day one the wifi connectivity of this laptop is not working properly. Initially, we thought it was the issue of our internet connection speed and now it becomes a regular process. we are unable to attend the online classes. for this, we have checked the connection of our internet speed by connecting it to another laptop and it works well. So we request you to look into this to clear the issue of the internet/wifi connection of my laptop.

                                I had ordered a product from. Amazon and then i cancelled it because it was getting delayed.. Amazon initiated a refund the amount is 1249 but the refund was failed.. I tried talking to customer service n the seller too but they r not responding just saying that the issue is reported to the team but not sending me a email where i can follow-up.. I hv to explain the same issue again n again n till today no refu d is initiated

                                  My refund was processed from amazon on 20 November of amount Rs.738
                                  As per amazon it would have credited in my account till 7 November
                                  however it is not yet updated

                                      A very common issue as i understand from amazon. I had purchased a product from Amazon-GreyWings 40W Wall Light, Black, Diamond. Till date i have spoken to 10 or more different amazon executives who have washed their hands saying the refund is already registered and have blamed the bank for this. The purchase was made from SBI bank and they say the same that they have not received any refund transaction with the reference number given by amazon. And they said they cannot do much on this issue other than lodging a simple complaint which has no guarantee of getting my money.
                                      Moreover all this, once I called the customer care of Amazon, a guy called Dheeraj (Customer care executive from Kerala) said it's of my mistake i don't get my refund and he insulted me and the bank as well. I want amazon to resolve this and get me my money ASAP.
