My name is debra weaver. And i have been getting charged for amazon prime for a very long time and i have no idea what this is.. Or applying for this. Months of this payment and i have no clue of this. Please fix this. Im sure i will not get any of my money back and were talking months of this.. I have tried to figure out how to contact u and i finally got help on this matter. This really needs to get resolved as soon as possible. Im being charged for something i don't use and im tired of this. This really needs to be resolved as soon as possible. I don't have amazon prime. Please get back with me asap on this matter.

    There has been a charge of $13.09 coming out every month for a while now.
    Stop this charge immediately. I have no idea what this is for. If this was a telemarketer call, i wasn't aware there would be money taken out of my account. Any correspondence will be recorded from now on the telephone. There will be a stop payment on this from my bank as of today,[protected].

      Hi, i have ordered an amazon gift card for 3000 rupees with the order #[protected] and i did not receive the delivery. When i spoke to the amazon agent, they said that they have the proof (Signature of mine) that i took the delivery. However, i didn't receive the gift card and i did not sign anywhere.

      As this is a case of financial fraud by the amazon india delivery partners (India), i would need an immediate action on the same. Moreover, the delivery pin that amazon provides to it's customers is not of any use, as the delivery executive can mark the product delivered without the pin number. So the pin is not useful or customer friendly to avoid these kind of frauds.

        A refund has been made by amazon on 3rd of april 2019 regarding a product which i've ordered through the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

              A refund was processed by amazon on 25th mar 2019 10:46am ist. The refund is not showing on the bank account, the refund reference no. Provided by the company is 74332749085908461372094 kindly look into the matter and do the needfull. On calling with amazon they said that it has already been processed but it does not reflect in my bank account kindly chek it and inform me

                We had ordered horlicks and ariel powder in february 2019. We didn't receive the product but status showing as delivered. We immediately contacted customer care but they told us that they will find the reason. After 1 week we called customer care again but response was that they delivered to correct address and we are falsely raising complaints.

                In previous orders also because of technical reasons/damaged goods we received refunds. Considering above refunds, they falsely claiming us.

                When we raise the complaint by mail also, they were saying like their investigation report says goods delivered to right address only.

                Despite of taking action on delivery person, we got warning mail regarding termination of amazon account.

                It's more than 50days our problem did not get resolved.

                We need justice and consider this as whistle blower for flaws in the delivery process where customer acknowledgement for received goods is missing.

                  In regards to my order no. #[403-[protected]] at amazon.in

                  I ordered this order on 29th march 19 & it delivered to me on 03rd apr'17.
                  However, i raised the complaint to amazon.in on same date 03rd April 19 as i have recieved wrong product when i have call to customer service first they have denied the same and they were rude they dont know how to talk with customer i have tried thrice first person name vikas he had disconnected the call without my permission he had iniatiated refund i want replacement not refund then i have call again call got connected with Khrishna i asked them to transfer the call floor supervisor monalisa she given the same answer that we wont be able to give replacement and you need to take refund only which i dont want .

                  I need my replacement .

                  Please check and do the needful

                  I was thinking that amazon is the best shopping site where we can rely on customer satisfaction. But it came out to be the worst shopping experience for me again.

                  So here i request you to please look into the matter & help me to get my order soon.

                    Purchased the above product online on 16th dec 2018. This product is rated for a current of 32 ampere and i have used it for my geyser having current merely 13 amperes. It has been used on an average 1 hour/day, since the date i purchased the item.

                    The device has stopped working completely from 2-4-2019, merely after three and half month.

                    I suspect some bogus item has been supplied to me, as legrand is very well known company.

                      this item i dint receive yet but the status showing item is not available i have done the prepaid payment of 49/- to the company. I am calling to customer care of amazon many time there taking time still my complete not resolved yet i order the item n 23th March-19 the order has to delivered 3th April-18. The customer care servicer saying to the item is not delivered.

                        I ordered a mobile paid rupees 12300. Promotion code cs10 applied for discount of 10%. 1200 discount credited to my account. Again i ordered another phone during offer period without discount becoz the discount is applicable at one time only.
                        The first ordered phone was delivered and i found it is a defective product so that i requested replacement but no stock so refund intiated. Refund was intiated only for 11100 saying 1200 discount was not available.
                        I called customer care about issue they said cancelled orders are not eligible to get discount so we detected discount amount and refunded remaining amount. I requested to apply offer to second order. But refused saying only one time offer can be available.
                        I said in this regard there is no cancellation request or no fault from my side. Defective order delivered, replacement request also not fulfilled and refunded less amount by amazon completely amazon fault and i lost 1200.
                        Becoz of the offer only i ordered items otherwise i could not ordered. There is no single fault from my side all mistakes by amazon and so i requested to apply offer to second order which placed during offer period.
                        But no proper response.

                        As i am a business customer of amazon i know what are the actions they take if we not follow the policies, but here amazon it self they are not following policies.

                        As a business customer of amazon, i know that amazon is customer friendly, but in this case they are not following ethics.

                          I purchased a led chandelier (Jhoomar) with bluetoth music system usb connection free 1 filament bulb with cord holder light fitting from amazon india, my order is[protected] on dated 09 march 2019 of rs.2780. As per order date it to be delivered on 18 march 2019 but i have not received yet (03 april 2019). After long delay i have called and mails to seller on several times but he is not giving any response. If i want to purchase an other jhoomer in same size then i have to be paid rs. 8000 aprox. Extra rs. 5220/

                          My question is who will be paid differential amount? And what is the my fault so i will be paid this huge difference.

                          I want to return my money of rs. 2780 with differential amount which will be paid for new purchase and 25000/ as penalty for my harassment but he is not agree for it.

                          It is cheating with a loyal customer by amazon india.

                            I have submitted my complaint earlier and again requesting you to take a legal action against amazon which will stop them to cheat the innocent peoples in india. They didn't deliver the package but always saying that the package was delivered by 3rd party and amazon cannot do anything and will not refund my money. Is this the way companies like amazon works and stole/grab the money from innocent peoples. Its almost a month and every time they replying send them my feedback and after that sending me the same email saying check the package with neighbors and security, i have checked with everyone nearby my house but when amazon didn't deliver the package how can they receive? The other thing when i have provided my mobile number and my house address how can they deliver the package to others those who are not belongs to my family and they do not have any records which seems their cheating clearly and their unprofessional way. Please take strict action so that in future these kind of companies cannot fraud with others and do their work seriously as well. They do not have shame saying that they deliver the package to puneet and i am puneet who is chasing but they dnt want to listen. I have send them more than 100 email and enquiry but until not the result are vain hence please be so kind to help ne as previously to get refunded and your strict action would help others too to get cheated by these kind of companies.

                            I have send them all the emails from both (delhivery and Amazon) and also asked for the receipt in which they receive the signature of receiver but when they didn't delivered the cargo they wasn't have the proof as well. I was chasing this issue since the very first day and sending the complaints through the Twitter account via Inconsumer and as well as to Amazon. companies didn't took any actions as their guys didn't deliver the package to me and so they were not having any evidence. but after I request to Consumer complaints they finally send me email which is attached below and agreed to refund the money within 4 days. therefore many thanks for you guys to get my money refunded. truly appreciate for your concern and action.                               Worst service by amazon,

                              I have ordered a item on last thursday, yesterday i received the message from amazon the item has been delivered to customer.
                              Actually, the customer not received from their end. After that i contacted amazon customer support and they said the item is scanned by mistaken, don't worry it will be deliver by next few hours.

                              Still the item is not delivered but the amazon system is acknowledging the item delivered by yesterday. There is no update from amazon. Feeling worst service.

                              I have order sleeveless shirt from GRIFTSTONE which is a company selling their products in Amazon but I have been not even receive that product which is why it was returned and later cancelled but Amazon did not issue any refund to my account.

                                Seriously wtf is wrong with amazon india, worst experience ever.
                                A product [as a gift] was ordered on 29 march and expected delivery was on 31 march and till now haven't received the product and its showing product delivered.
                                No call was receives from any delivery person nor did any alerts.
                                So i called up the customer service explaining my issue and i was told to wait for 72 hours and everytime the reply i got was "i understand and we are investigating on the matter"
                                And after 72 hours i was assured that it will be resolved by then, and that they will call me personally regarding the issue but again i never did receive any calls.
                                On the day of delivery when i call amazon i asked whether they had the delivery person or the logistic number so that i can go personally and inquire about it but guess what they don't even have their own logistics department information.
                                How is this even possible??? Seriously??? What is this??? Is this some kind of a joke???
                                Well after waiting for 72 hours, again i called today and today i was transfered to another department, now they are telling me to wait for 5 more working day again? [i. E. Till 11 of april]
                                Seriously, how long do i have to wait?
                                And forget about me waiting, how could amazon be so careless in the first place. This is just absurd. I am seriously disappointed. Didn't expect it.
                                How long does a customer have to wait to receive a product?
                                When when i call on 11th again, then what???
                                I will be told to wait a month? A year? Seriously pissed off man...
                                Please resolve this issue asap.
                                This is the worst experience i've experienced online.

                                  I have been charged 14.22 for a subscription that i know nothing about. I would like this canceled immediately! I rarely use amazon to order merchandise and had no idea that this amount was charged to my account. I want my money refunded as soon as possible. This is probably the third or fourth time i have used amazon to order. I did not know that they were as sneaky as they are. I only found out that they had taken my money when i checked my bank account. I did not even realize that it was amazon until i went on the site that was listed in my bank information. I am very unhappy with amazon, to say the least.

                                    I don't know what happens to the Amazon India or amazon.in whenever I am trying to make payment regards My Order then Money got deduction from My account or from My Amazon Pay Balance but order for My chosen products is not placing, And getting SmS regarding REVICE PAYMENTS again and again. This is the second time that I experienced nonsense by Amazon India App or amazon.in vendor. I'm really frustrating with this.

                                      I ordered an item and selected one day delivery option as i m a prime customer i was not charged for it, however you people changed it to two day delivery. And today i got a message that the product is out for delivery and i called the delivery person several times to confirm that to deliver it before 4pm, and he agreed for that. However it wasn't delivered. And when i called customer care they denied to help and said that they cannot call delivery boy. I m really frustrated and i want to cancel my prime membership and i want the refund for the same

                                        As i have placed two orders on amazon on 26march 2019 and 30march 2019 and the orders was cancelled and the refund was intiated but i haven't received my money yet. It's been a week i have to get nearly 1000 rupees for cancelled order. But i haven't received a penny. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. They say the refund is success but i haven't received my money atleast i need to know the reference id to check this issue with bank, slove this problem.
