I ordered Moto E 2nd Generation (4G, Black) on 4 March 2016 at an offer price of ₹5999.0/- and an additional 10% cashback through SBI card. The Order No:[protected] was first estimated to be delivered on March 14 but on that day they mailed me, the estimated delivery date has been changed to March 23. On noticing they haven't shipped my product I contacted customer care they replied that they have given high priority to deliver my product soon but on that day delivery date has again changed to April 1. On March 25 I requested them to make the delivery as early as possible, to that they told me to wait for 7-10 business days. On April 1 they again fooled me and postponed the delivery to April 11, so I complained once again, they told me to reorder. I doubted how reordering could solve the problem and will I lose my offer price, I mailed my doubts, they informed me that the issue is due to payment glitch and if I reorder they will refund the amount through amazon gift cards or I should wait for 3-4 business days. I preferred waiting rather than reordering and getting a gift card. On April 11 they changed delivery to April 20. On noticing that the item status is still the same I give them all the information I had in my bank account like its description, date and amount and asked them to give a definite answer to whether they are planning to deliver my product or not, good explanation about the problem but they again sent me the same mail that they regret and will do their maximum possible to make delivery fast and asked me to wait 3-4 days or reorder. I have lost all faith in amazon, they have wasted a considerable amount of my time.

    I ordered an academic book from amazon as i had to prepare for an upcoming exam. I ordered it on 11th april. It was expected to be delivered on 16th april. But i kept receiving false information about the shipping process. I contacted amazon on 17th and then on 18th. They said it would reach you by 19th for sure. Today is 19th and i am getting the information that i have returned the item but it has not even reached my house. Amazon does not value the time of their customers. When i talked to amazon today, they said it is not possible to deliver it to me now. And after all this, amazon says they are trying to build the best online shopping site on the earth. Shame on amazon. I am seriously dissapointed.

      I have ordered for a saree from amazon.In which was supposed to be delivered on 13th april. My order no is[protected].
      I got an sms on 13th that the order is out for delivery .The whole day i waited and in the eve i again got an sms that the product could not be delivered since the addressee was missing.The same thing was repeated on 14th.On both the days i was at home and was never contacted over phone by the delivery man which is an usual practice before delivery.
      I contacted amazon's customer care and they said that there was some strike in kolkata among the delivery agents and hence it was not delivered.I requested them to ensure delivery by 16th b since i have ordered this for gifting purpose in a wedding on 17th.But till now they are neither responding properly and i m at total loss of what will happen to my order for which i have already paid

        I have ordered universal jed 10000 mah power bank litium polymer ultra .I recieved a call from the courier person when he reached near by my house.But at that time i was out to collect my son from school.Actually he should have called me earlier so that i could some alternative arrangements.
        Now he is refusing to delivery today .What is the use of odering online if i cannot get product on time.

          One month ago i ordered one pair of shoes and a samsung galaxy j5 back cover and also done payment with my debit card that is 800 rs. Then the company's expected delievery date was from 1 april to 6 april but i did not found my order .Many times i try to camplain at its customer care but i have not found any solution yet.What should i do? Please help me to refund my money

            I bought two sarees from amazon. The delivery address was my shop's address. The delivery boy named sanjay came soon in the morning when shop was not opened, he then misbehaved with our staff, we talked to him on ph and requested him to come later, he then again talked rudely on ph.
            After one hour he came again on our shop and before our staff he shouted on us and misbehaved with us on that level that he even refused to give us our parcel.
            This is absolutely shameful and thinkable matter for amazon.

                I brought moto g turbo (Asin: b019fwxix4) at discount price of 4999. But amazon has cancelled my order saying "we regret to inform you that your order for moto g turbo (Asin: b019fwxix4) wasprocessed at a discounted price due to a technical issue. As a result, the order will be automatically cancelled. " constant following with amazon to positive reply receive from amazon. So want to file case against amazon for cheating.


                Below mentioned iis reference case where ony boy has filed case againts snapdeal with same kind of indecent.

                He made snapdeal sell him an iphone for rs 68!

                  I am seller in amazon company deals in mobile.
                  I have delivered one product to customer. Now the company is not giving me amount of that product.
                  The case is one year old & the company is not resolving my case.
                  They are only dragging the things.

                  I am in loss of 1 product + the product amount.

                  The customer is using product & not returned the product, & the company is saying they have refund the amount to the customer.
                  The customer is saying he have not got any refund from company. The customer is having bank statement proof. No refund is showing in statement.

                    I have ordered lenovo k4 note in amazon.in but they still not yet delivered my product .when I contact the customer care.they simply answering me wait another 48 hours as they have technical errors .its now more than 1 and half month passed .they still not delivered the product and not even refund my money . again I spoke with customer care .still they not giving any answer . it seems that they have not took any actions to deliver neither the product i ordered not refund my money . I can't even cancel the order as it shows some error when cancelling . Amazon is the untrustworthy to buy things .this issue made me suffer everyday bcoz of the money I spent .

                      I have ordered a moto g turbo white on 27th march 2016.It was an offer and i placed order at rs.4999/-.I got confirmation email from amazon that my order is confirmed against order no.[protected] and will be dispatched soon. I got email from amazon saying my order is cancelled and refund amount is in process.How can they do this when they already told me that my order is confirmed?

                      I placed above order after getting confirmation from customer care of amazon about this offer is valid and it is not fake.. Then why amazon is cancelled my order??? Were they making fool to us???

                        Hi,

                        This in regards to a Formal Complaint that I want to make for a customer service Manager Named Dhawal Who is working as a customer service Manager in Maharashtra Branch .

                        This person was talking Rubbish on the call while I need to make a complaint that he Misbehaved with me stating the phrase [NO ONE ON THIS PLANET CAN HELP ME ] and He said [NO ONE CAN HELP ME IN AMAZON ] he was also very rude to me and was not giving me any details to complain.

                        So I asked him I want to talk to his senior which of course is my right to do and he stated to me that there is no higher authority on the floor who can assist me I wonder Amazon Is such big organization and there isn't a senior manager available on the floor this sounded to me that he was not willing to help me and neither he wanted others to help me

                        This all Incident happened today's morning at around 7:55 Am and want to complain Regarding the same person and wants to know why I cannot talk to someone senior and why he behaved to me in such way.

                              Hello i ordered a mobile (Moto g turbo) on amazon.In at just 4999 rs. By discount and got successfully placed.
                              Got confirmation on both mobile number and email.
                              But now they are saying due to technical or pricing issue they have cancelled my order without asking me.
                              Amazon.In can't back order was placed successful.
                              It is not fair at all we don't have much time to waste we place it (Order) and then they cancel it.
                              It means if we get it by discount then they will cancel it clearly shows they just want to earn much money by making us fool or they have done it to get traffic on their website. In this case website is at fault and should honor the order that has been placed by the
                              User. Recently mr.Nikhil bansal sued snapdeal in an similar incident
                              And the judge ruled in his favor.

                              It is my consumer right if i got it placed successfully by discount then they should deliver it otherwise they should not have shown it.
                              I had said to them i will go for consumer complaint but they did not reply.
                              Want compensation claim from amazon against moto g turbo cancellation.
                              They should be punished for what they have done.
                              So please consider my issue and help me to get my rights.

                                The product was supposed to be delivered with 3-4 business days. After placing the order the anticipated time got extended it self.
                                Till date they have no clue when the product will be delivered by their courier partner gati (Tracking id:[protected].
                                Neither they are delivering the product nor they are refunding. They mentioned till the time gati will not return product to amazon, i'll not get the refund.
                                As a customer i need to pay amount to bank against the purchase but i'm not getting the product.
                                I request a compensation along with the refund in my bank account to repay bank against bill generation.

                                    Sir,
                                    I had placed a order[protected],
                                    After few hour i got a mail of refund.
                                    I did not got the mail of cancellation of order,
                                    Even i did not provide any reason for cancellation of order.

                                    When i tried to login to my amazon account,
                                    I found that my account was locked,
                                    & no information was provided.

                                    In my account there was rs. 12, 000 gift balance,
                                    Which i am not able to use because of your stupid stuff.
                                    You blocked my account, so i am not able to use that money.
                                    Who would compensate for this ?

                                    I[censored] are not able to help me out within 24hr,
                                    Then i request you to transfer that amount to my bank.

                                      I placed and order on 29 march and received the product on 02nd april and since then I have been running after them to get the product picked up. first they asked me to contact the seller and then they asked me to send the product back by myself . WTF, why the hell do I send the product back and why the hell do I coordinate with the seller when I have purchased the product directly from amazon. I dint even knew the seller

                                        I had gift card balance in my amazon account and the amazon had close my account.
                                        its amazon'S habit that they close account and doesn't provide gift card money.
