Amazon had deducted 7551.73 INR from my ICICI account without my knowledge on dated 13 Jan 2016. I have contacted my bank about this transaction. They are saying it a fraud done by amazon and can be repeated again so they blocked by card.

I had ordered a book from amazon.in on 8th Mar'16 where It claims the same day delivery. I receive a call from the delivery person morning 11am on 9th Mar'16 from [protected] to collect the order, however not being at work should deliver later. They said I should cancel the order. However, I after reaching office call them again and they say they will deliver by 4pm. The delivery boy who later calls from [protected] was rude and incompetent...

Amazon cancelled my order on 4th march and they had cancelled the order and they are not providing refund...giving different tats for resolution..but no response has been given properly
