I had placed the ORDER #[protected] of Moto G Turbo (White) on 27-Mar-16 with Amazon India. I used the promotional code which was offered on this handset at price 4999. Later I received the mail that order has been cancelled & refund initiated.

It is Amazon's responsibility to check all the details before selling any product. This is highly unacceptable and if they continue to operate like this customers will loose trust on AMAZON.

I expect the explanation from their side and the product at the offered price.

    Placed a order(order#[protected] on Amazon.in on 27/Mar/2016. Order consisted of Motorola G turbo booked in promotional offer for Rs 4999. on 28/Mar/2016 order disappeared from my order list. On contacting customer care of amazon they say it was technical problem hence we cancelled your order, also I asked them how can you cancel orders without consent o[censored]ser or do you have such policy to which they replied that they dont have such policy to cancel orders. But they are saying that they wont be delivering this product any way.
    I request you to take action ASAP.

      I am a regular customer of amazon, i purchased one product from amazon and it is been canceled. I wasted my time and also I invested my money that I order through card and now they are saying its technical glitch.its their fault if it was technical glitch then should have refunded my amount through neft/imps but its been 2 days I ddinot get my money I need a compensation for this.What type of trouble I faced I know.

        I order the phone moto g turbo white 16gb with full payment of rs 4999 via cash on delivery at around 2.30 pm on 27 march 2016 and receive the confirmation main soon after.in the next day recive mail via amazon that your order is dispatch soon and in the evening cancel my order without any notification i want the product itself so i want the product as please help me.

          I had ordered a Moto-G turbo at a discounted price.Even after i made a payment Amazon has cancelled my order without notifying me and also deleted the order from order history.
          Amazon is telling due to a technical issue it occurred but anyhow Its one kind of fraud.Kindly check the below Email from amazon

            Sir I want to register a complaint against amazon india as I have order a moto g turbo edition whose order I'd no. #[protected] & after confirming the order, they removed the order from order history without notifying me. Even by 28th March 2016 I have received a confirmation email from Amazon stating that the order will be delivered by 2nd April 2016.
            I have not even intimated that the order has been cancelled. I was informed about the cancellation only after calling the customer care to complain about the missing order.
            Now I want to raise a complaint on the fact that they can't do this without my permission. They do not have the rights to do this. I didn't know by doing this what will they get but by doing this they making the customer fool. So please register this complaint so that they can't do this again to their customers. Firstly they give fake deals then they also confirm the order then after confirming then they cancel the order of customer by their self & says to customer that this is due to technical error. Now if this is due to technical error then why they have their technical support? What is doing the technical support?
            OK if this is due to technical support then they have to put customer order on hold why they confirm the customer order? This is a fraud against customer as firstly give fake deals then confirm order & after confirming the order they cancel without any permission from customer.
            Also they say me that the promotion cede is given by third party as no third party have the rights to give promotional offers without the permission of the company. So as amazon allows the third party to use their name & run promotional offers on their site by their permission. Their for a complaint must be registered against amazon as firstly they allows third party to run promotional offers by using their name & then after confirming the order from customer they cancel it by their self. I really doubt customer privacy with Amazon India. Please do the needful.

              Two days back I have ordered a Moto G turbo edition at Amazon.in website by applying a coupon code (promotion code) and after applying the coupon code

              Details of product purchased :
              Date of incident : 27/03/2016
              Amazon Order ID : ORDER #[protected]


              I have purchased the mobile with out of amusement and hope that I am getting a mobile at very fancy price at Amazon and purchased it online using my credit card.
              After the payment is successful I received an order confirmation email from amazon.

              But to my shock I have received an email yesterday from Amazon stating about the auto cancellation of product purchased. When I have called and enquired about this to customer agent they told me that the offer code was applied because of technical issue and kept the call without even listening about my view.I am very unhappy and embarrassed in-front of my collegues after saying this situation.

              As a end user when i order a product i'll not be knowing about the technical issues. What I see is where to buy it and where I am getting it for less price. But with this situation at Amazon they have cheated us by doing some fake advertisement and to loot money from us.

              Even the customer service agent have spoken to me very aggressively rather than soft when I am explaining him about my situation.

              I request a Justice for the situation what happend to me and deliver me the product. It is not my fault if a technical glitch happens at Amazon and they should be bound to deliver me the product.

                I had placed the order #[protected] of moto g turbo (White) on 27-mar-16 with amazon india. I used the promotional code which was offering this handset at price 4999. I received the confirmation mail on 27-mar-2016 regarding delivery dates. But now in the evening on 28-mar-2016 i got the mail that order has been cancelled. As i had not cancelled...How can they have right to cancel my order? They are saying there is a technical problem in pricing .

                I am a new user of amazon & that was my 1st & last order with amazon.

                  I ordered a moto g turbo edition seller : cloudtail(White) on amazon.In dated 28-march-2016 for which i have selected the payment as cod. For the same i got confirmation message that it will be delivered to me by 2-april-2016.In the order history i can also see that my order is successfully placed and will be delivered to me. But on the next day when i checked it the order history for that particular was not present i cannot see the order.I call the customer service to assist me for this but they replied me in a very unethical behavior that my order will not be delivered and is no longer a validated one and is cancelled by the company.                     On trying to use the laptop, i found that it does not boot. I informed amazon.In immediately. I was told that a complete refund would be arranged as soon as the product is received back. Since then for the last 12 days, it has been a marathon wait. Everyday i ring your helpline, i tell about my problem and everyday i am told that a pick-up boy will take the consignment back. But no body comes. The address i gave is of my office. So whoever comes has to come by 10 30 to 5 30 pm (Latest).
                    Besides being a senior professor, i also write columns for national dailies in english and bengali. If this continues, i will be forced to make my experience of shopping with you public.
                    There is another consignment which needs to be picked up. It is a canvas side bag. I was sold as a 11.6 inches bag, when it reached, i find on the body of the bag is written that it is actually a 10.6 inches. The order number for this is: order#[protected].                     Please make arrangement to pick up these two today itself.

                      On 27/03/2016 i ordered the product moto g turbo white by applying a promotional discount offer. and after discount the product is at the price of rs.4999 and i pay the money by net banking
                      and after some time the confirmation mail from amazon hits in my inbox about the confirmation of the product
                      but on 28/03/2016 the mail comes from amazon and said that the order is cancelled without any notice to me.
                      it is a big fraud to me.
                      please, solve this case

                          I order MotoG Turbo on[protected] for price 4999/- by applying a coupon. They sent a confirmation mail that my order was confirmed successfully and will dispatch it soon. But now they canceled the order and saying that it was a third party coupon. Every mail was sent by Amazon and now they are saying they are not liable to it. So pathetic decision and looting all it's customers by fake prices. Please deliver the mobile as it was promised in the mail. I believe in law and take an action regarding this.

                              I had placed an order for Moto G Turbo (White) on amazon india vide order no[protected] on dt 27/03/2016 at a discounted price of 4999/- in the name of Sh. Jai Narayan Kapoor.
                              The discount was provided with the help of a promotional code which was successfully accepted on amazon india website and a discount of 7500/- was provided.
                              I paid the amount of 4999/- with my debit card and the order was successfully placed and a confirmation mail was received on my email id k.[protected]@gmail.com
                              But on 28/03/2016 my order was cancelled without my prior consent and i received a mail stating that my money will be refunded to my bank account.
                              When i contacted amazon india's customer care through online chat medium, their representative told me that the order was processed at a discounted price due to some technical glitch in their system and is cancelled. He told me that the promotion code wasn't provided by amazon and hence can't be honored by them.
                              The product was successful delivered at same discounted price to some person who opted for one day delivery as seen on social media(Facebook).
                              Such type of partial behavior among customers is unacceptable.

                              The promotional code was accepted on amazon india's website, it clearly means that the code was from their database otherwise it couldn't be applied.
                              Amazon India offered me a deal and I accepted the deal by paying in advance and now they are denying to honor the deal which is clearly a breach of Indian Contract Act, 1872.

                              I want the product at the same price at which the order was placed and accepted by amazon india. In addition of that i want compensation for mental harassment faced.

                                I had placed my order for moto g turbo which was priced 12499 ₹ and after applying promo code it became 4599. As informed by Amazon that it was technical mistake but how their system accept promocode which was entered by us. So basically if we consider this things Amazon will cancel customer orders in future also and come with answer of technical problem.
                                Everything was OK because promocode accepted by Amazon if it was not true than how system allowed us to apply the same. Why they have generated order number with offer details. Why they deduct amount from account...??

                                I have paid my amount for that mobile and want my deal. This kind of things was not expected from Amazon ("aapni dukan" ).

                                    I booked Moto G Turbo(16GB) White colour mobile [Order No:[protected] in amazon india on 27.03.16 around 12.30p.m seeing their ads in facebook.com of discounted price of the mobile. I ordered using their promotional code and I had a discount of RS7500 from the original price of Rs12499. So I agreed to pay through cash on delivery of my paying amount RS4999. I got confirmation mail from AMAZONINDIA.com to my email address of order confirmed and delivery date will be sent soon. After 7.p.m I called their customer service to know the status of my order, they told order has been canceled . due to this i found a lot of mental pressure and many financial loss and its a big cheating with buyers which is not good for the country so i request you to take serious action as soon as possible so that i will be highly obliged to you

                                      I booked Moto G Turbo(16GB) White colour mobile [Order No:[protected]] in amazon india on 27.03.16 around 12.30p.m seeing their ads in facebook.com of discounted price of the mobile. I ordered using their promotional code and I had a discount of RS7500 from the original price of Rs12499. So I agreed to pay through cash on delivery of my paying amount RS4999. I got confirmation mail from AMAZONINDIA.com to my email address of order confirmed and delivery date will be sent soon. After 7.p.m I called their customer service to know the status of my order, they told order...

                                        Hi i am ronak vachhani (My amazon id: [protected]@gmail.com) and i had placed the order for moto g turbo white mobile with order id #[protected] on 27-mar-16 with amazon india. I used the promotional code which reduced the price from rs.12, 499 to rs 4999. I received the confirmation mail on 27-mar-2016 regarding delivery dates. But now in the evening on 28-mar-2016 i got the mail that order has been cancelled & refund initiated. As i had not cancelled...They are saying there is a technical problem in pricing .How come there is problem in price... Price was showing rs 12499 only, i have used promo code which reduced the final price to rs 4999 after giving discount of rs 7500. Amazon is saying that it was error or technical glitch... But if promo code is applied then it is verified from amazon only thats is why we can apply the promo code in it... Otherwise amazon says that it is invalid code... And also one more thing i want to say that some people also received the product @rs 4999 as there home was near to amazon go-down... This is pure cheating... How come giant usa company like amazon do the cheating and fooling people here... I just want my phone to be delivered at my address. I am waiting for positive reply. Also i am attaching the proof of my order and cancelled order from amazon itself
