I would like to bring you in notice that i have purchased a mattress with order number in.in the product terms and condition it is clearly mentioned that product has “risk free trail period of 100 days”. I even called amazon care on 24th november and i got an reply from your customer service that in case i do not like the product in trial period i should contact the seller and they should pick up the product as per terms and conditions of sale.
As now the return period is over from amazon, i contacted many time to seller mentioning about the severe back pain i am having using their product and i requested them as per sale terms they should pickup the product, even i am ready to bear the courier / transportation charges as no way i can use this product. I keep on mailing them, dropping them messages and calling them and they are not replying.
Now this is serious breach of trust and ill business ethics from seller lagom retail pvt ltd. I really doubt about other terms like “warranty”, “product quality” which this company is claiming for their products.
I request amazon to take strict actions on these kind of sellers, so that other should not get trapped in their false promises and indeed it will help amazon high on its grounds.
But amazon is denying to help and selling products from fake sellers
