Nature of the Complaint:
Upon receiving the product, I found it to be defective—the pencil had no lead inside, rendering it unusable. Additionally, the product was expired. I immediately raised a concern with Amazon Customer Support and attached both a video and image clearly showing the issue.
However, I received a reply stating that a refund/replacement could not be processed.
This is a violation of my consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which ensures protection against defective goods and unfair trade practices.

Compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Strict action to be taken against such negligent customer service practices.
