Amazon India — complaint against amazon online retailers on account of selling the products at the cost more that maximum retail price fixed.

Respect Sir/Madam,

This is bring to your kind notice that recently i had purchased "Prodot Laserjet Dry Ink Toner Powder for HP and Canon Black (120 gm)" from Amazon vide order no.[protected] dated 21/11/2017 for an amount of Rs 215/- and upon receipt of the product i was shocked to see that the Maximum Retail Price for the said product is fixed at just Rs 135/- inclusive of All Taxes, therefore in that way the company is selling the products online beyond the maximum retail price fixed which amounts to unfair trade practice.

That i would like to bring this, against the unfair trade practice of company who has indulged in selling the products at the double the cost of its MRP and i expect a action against the said company on account of their unfair trade practice.

I am late to file complaint because I have contacted first. Then I had 2 surgery's planed. Now my health is good that's why I am taking this matter now. I undertake to submit the required details or information as per your requirement.
