I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with Amazon's handling of my recent order and the poor customer service I have received.

Details of the Complaint:
28 January 2025: I received a notification that the delivery agent could not contact me, leading to a postponed delivery. Upon contacting customer care, I was told that there was a technical issue at the delivery routing center.
Despite explaining the urgency of the delivery due to a factory reset on my current phone (part of an exchange deal), customer care assured me that the phone would be delivered by that evening. However, neither did I receive the phone nor any follow-up calls.
29 January 2025: The app indicated that the product was out for delivery but later showed another failed contact attempt. I provided an additional contact number to customer care, but no progress w... a wrong number for the logistics team, and when I pointed this out, I was informed that it was sourced from Google.
30 January 2025: The order status changed to "Amazon will deliver the package on the date you requested, " but there was no further communication or delivery. Despite providing three contact numbers, the delivery team still claimed they couldn't reach me.
31 January 2025: I am still waiting for the product with no communication from Amazon. Adding to my frustration, two other products with the same address and contact details were successfully delivered.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and has led me to regret renewing my Prime membership. I have never encountered such poor customer service from any company in the service sector.
I request the Consumer Complaints Forum to take up this matter and help resolve the issue. I seek an explanation for the delays and lack of communication from Amazon and demand the prompt delivery of my order.
