Amazon India — damage and expiry product receive

I ordered oleev active with goodness of olive oil jar but I received fortune oil and Amazon is not giving my money

I order a product on 1st April 2021 a timax analog watch and got it delivered on 3rd April, I received a wrong colour watch of the same brand i created replacement for it and got it delivered on 5th April 2021 with order I'd[protected] but It was not fit for my hand so I request your team to return the product they created the return and refund and said you will be refunded with 2-4 hours of your return, I returned the product on 6th April 2021 your return pickup agent verified it wisely and said no issue you will be refunded soon, when I didn't received my refund till 9th April I contacted your customers service team they said wait till 12th of April you will be surely refunded, I again contacted to your team they said wait till 15th of April refund will be done but when I didn't received my refund today also I contacted your team today and they said an investigation was raised on 12th of April for your refund and they have instructed your customer service team to tell me that I should contact ofm for the refund of my money of amount 1095.so I request you to refund me as soon as possible otherwise I have to write about this issue on social media and complain in consumer court for not refunding my money in time under the consumer protection act 1986.
So I kindly request you to refund me at earliest with 1-2 days otherwise I would have to unnecessarily take strict action against your company and team as well. I again request you to refund me as soon as possible and reply positively at earliest 🙏🏻🙏🏻.

सर् हमनें MB का RAW WHEY PROTIEN ISOLATE जिसकी कीमत (1549) रुपया है को ऑर्डर किया था जिसके स्थान पर हमारे घर पर MB का MASS GAINER XXL जिसकी कीमत मात्र (1049) रुपया है को भेजा गया MASS GAINER के विषय मे ज्यादा जानकारी न होने के कारण उसका शील हमारे छोटे भाई द्वारा तोड़ दिया गया। पर बाद में पता चला कि प्रोडक्ट दूसरा आ गया है तो हमने कंपनी के पास फ़ोन किया और कहा "सर् आप के द्वारा गलत प्रोडक्ट भेज दिया गया है पर हमारे भाई द्वारा इसे गलती से खोल दिया गया है " तो सर् क्या प्रोडक्ट वापस हो सकता है तो उन्होंने बताया कि आप प्रोडक्ट की शील तोड़ दिए है तो ओ वापस नही हो सकता।" हमने कहा कोई बात नही सर् आप प्रोडक्ट मत वापस करिये पर आप ने जो गलत प्रोडक्ट भेजा है (जो कि कम दाम 1049 रुपये का है) और जो हमने आर्डर किया था उसके लिए हमने 1549 रुपये "पे" किये थे जो हमारा। 500 रुपये ज्यादा हो गया है उसको रिटर्न्स कर दीजिये तो उसने बोला अब रिटर्न्स नही होगा। अब बताये सर् पहेली बात तो प्रोडक्ट दूसरा भेज दिए और हमारा एक्स्ट्रा पैसा भी return करने को तैयार नहीं है "हम आशा करते है कि आप न्याय जरूर करेंगे जिसके हमको हमारा एक्स्ट्रा रुपया वापस मिल जाएगा"। धन्यवाद सर्
