1. I ordered the Syska SSK-EBU-0302 ABS 3 Way Power Strip (White and Grey) on the 4th of January.
2. I received a defective product and applied for a replacement
3. Amazon did not deliver the replacement, and the customer service agent asked me to cancel and rebook the same product at the same price
4. Customer service agent canceled the order and placed a return order
5. Post the product was returned, the agent didn't take my consent before adding the refund to the amazon pay balance
6. When I reorder the same product, the price is ~Rs 45 more. When I asked customer service, they said this price difference could only be refunded after placing the order. Eessentially forcing me to put more money from the bank. It also forces me to make my next purchase from Amazon as my money is stuck in my pay balance.
