I have purchased a new phone, moto g5s plus, on 22.09.17. The last date of delivery of same was 28.09.17. But the same was delivered on 30.09.17.
On 10.10.17, when i checked my product, i come to know that the same was delivered defective (Small crack screen). So as layman, i had tried to return the item on 10.10.17. But the same was showing return window closed on 08.10.17.
When i visited the service center of company on 11.10.17, they simply denying to accept my request. But they told me about return policy that 10 day is available with customer after delivery date and the same fall on 10.10.17, the same date when i trying to return the product. But amazon closed the window on 08.10.17
But on 11.10.17, the amazon is simply denying to accept my request mainly because of 10 day passed.
But the fact is, if the amazon provide right information, i. E. Right information about return date 10.10.17 on site, then there is no loss.
So mainly due to wrong information provide by amazon, i am bearing a loss of 16000.
So please lodge my complaint against amazon company, who provides wrong information.
Please accept my complaint and provide me complaint number with information why amazon provides wrong information to me, which cost me 16000.
Please give me justice.
