This is regarding a mobile M51 (Amazon Order Number:
[protected] I purchased from amazon on 25th Apr, 2021. The mobile
had a slight curve when I received it. I thought it was the shape of the
model and started using it without any issues.
A month back something weird started happening to the mobile, I was not
able to attend any calls unless I put it on speakers. I was thinking it was
some setting which I have to change back to make it work normal again. A
Week back mobile stopped identifying the network it used to connect to. I
called Samsung customer care to update about this. They took control over
my mobile using "smart tutor" to run a diagnostic scan to identify the
problem. The diagnostic results came as normal and they told me to visit
Samsung service centre to check any hardware related issue.
I visited the service centre yesterday. The technician who attended my
case immediately saw a small curve in the mobile and told me this is what
is creating the issue . He opened up the mobile and showed me how over a
period of time the parts inside will get stretched because of which the
disconnect happened
Service centre (QDIGI Kadavantra) is telling me they will charge for the repairs which is 23, 000 which is more than I paid for the mobile when I bought it and is not covered under warranty even though this issue is not my fault. They told me
to check with Amazon. I need a solution for this
