Order number:[protected] :574rs. (jdx ultra soft 2 pillows): Placed the order on 9th august. It was supposed to come on 11th. I never received this order, even after calling Amazon multiple times. everyday they told it will get delivered by next day but it never came & finally it got back to seller without my consent. I received not a single call from a delivery boy in Navi Mumbai, and I called the delivery boy, but it always got rejected.

received the order on 10th August without any prior call from the delivery agent. I started the return process 2 days after that. The pickup agent came on 13th August during office hours. I told them to come later, but he refused and mentioned changing the date. I changed the date to 15th August, but nobody came, and pickup was rejected. After calling customer service, the new date was on Saturday again nobody came, then the customer agent put the date as 20th August (with false assurance) and again no one came. It kept repeating every time, and the order is still awaiting pick up. It is now showing that the order is delayed.
My issue is why I am facing such mental harassment in this hub regarding delivery or return. I complained regarding this multiple times on Amazon, but still no prompt action from their end! I have been a customer for more than 10 years and have never faced such a thing before. Amazon is just taking their customer granted and not taking action for the delivery ground hub in navi Mumbai!!
I am attaching screenshots of the order and screenshots of calls showing how many times I contacted Amazon, but nothing from their end!
