I ordered a hindi GK book (samajik samasyayen) on 22 October 2020.

I completed online payment by my debit card worth of 309 book amount + 40 delivery charge = 349 total rupees.
On 25 October 2020 delivery boy made me phone call to deliver the product but because of some reason I could not receive his call after some time I made a call back to deliver boy. He received my call and reply me that he will give me delivery till evening.i waited but he didn't even then on 25 October 2020 product status is showing "DELIVERED" so I made a call to Amazon India customer care and told my problem (customer care) he assured me that delivery will be provided till next day 26 October 2020 evening time otherwise they will refund my payment.
once again I waited but they did not do even one of both things so I made a call to customer care once again on 27 October 2020 and she said to me that now book is not available in stock so I will return your 349 rupees payment till 4 to 6 working days and now payment refund notification will show in your account that (customer care) she has initiated my refund request. I said ok but there is no refund notification in my account till 28 October 2020 evening.
