Amazon India — Delivery guy is intentionally delaying the package delivery and ignoring calls

I ordered a product on amazon which showed it will be delivered by today (27th of July 2020, Monday) on 26th of July the package was out for delivery
i called the delivery agent to ask for ETA he said it will be there before 9pm and i was OK with that but later i called him to request that can he come earlier if possible and he didn't pick my call, after that i tried calling him several times and he kept rejecting the call, i assumed that he was driving and busy so i stopped calling him hoping that he will keep his word and deliver the product by 9pm Sunday 26th of july but he never came
i called amazon India and reported the incident they said that they have reported a complaint and the product will be delivered to me first thing in the morning (on 27th, Monday), so again i kept waiting for its arrival today and yet no contact from the delivery agent, so i contacted amazon customer care again and called the delivery agent as well but he kept ignoring my calls and eventually switched off his phone or blocked me because now the call wouldn't connect, i mean earlier it would ring and he will reject the call or ignore it now its not ringing either.
i am also afraid for my package what if he hold grudges against me and damage the product, and he keeps ignoring my calls, this is pure harassment and if the product is delayed any further i will take legal actions now, this rowdy and irresponsible behavior was not expected by amazon agents even tho i have complaint about it 3 times there is no result and the delivery agent is ignoring me now, when i ordered it it was the last product on stock i cannot order it again now.
