Amazon customer care associates guided me to raise request from seller through amazon portal which i

Samsung service center informed me that product is duplicate and they can‛t help. I was really
Hocked as well as ashamed of feeling of cheating from most trusted online portal. I am not looking for
Resale now but expecting some legal action. I have immediately call amazon and he told me that you can‛t
Return the product as period is over. I have again reach to customer care person name mukesh and
Explained that how i can confirm that weather it‛s duplicate or original. If i didn‛t visit to service now then
I will never come to know that i am using duplicate mobile. Mukesh has given me assurance that if you can
Produce doa letter which issued by service center then he will either refund or replace. I again raised
Invoice request on 16th for invoice. As i was out of pune, i was not able to visit service center on same day.
Today on 18th again i visit to service center for doa letter but they denied as imei number is not
Accepted by their system as it‛s duplicate and they can‛t help me. I have again contacted amazon
Customer care and he informed me that amazon will contact seller from their end.
When i checked the possibilities of my problem resolution, they have informed me to initiate buyer
Guarantee hence i am raising this request.
After sometime, i was informed that they can't take any action as seller is no longer exist with amazon and it was 8 months hence can't initiate buyers guarantee.
I was cheated with most trusted site. I can't resale as it's duplicate. I have check site that other person also received duplicate product
